Synopsis[]
Albee enters his name and that of Ferbus in a Million Dollar Sweepstakes, but both of them get the shock of their lives when Ferbus actually wins—not to mention that they learn both of them are too young to even enter. Meanwhile, Masked Rider must battle against Lavasect when Count Dregon unleashes him upon Leawood.
