Mikio Soeno (添野 幹男, Soeno Mikio) was an agent of ZECT.
History[]
Mikio Soeno is an agent of Team Azuma, one of the several teams within the organization, and was in charge of the "Kabuto Capture Operation" led by ZECT HQ to capture Kamen Rider Kabuto. Soeno helped his superior Shogo Azuma successfully captured Soji Tendo, who believes to be true identity of Kabuto.
After that, as Azuma tried to switch to torture for Tendo, they decided to leave from the facility. However, the facility was attacked by Pulex Worm with some Salis Worms, Soeno and Azuma was killed by the Worm, his appearance also mimicked by a Salis Worm. The corpse of them eventually found by Soji Tendo and Arata Kagami.

Soeno rarely speaks, his specific personality is not yet clear. He is extremely loyal to his superiors' orders.
