Mikiko Ito (伊藤 美紀子, Itō Mikiko) is a former nurse and mother of Hiroki Ito.
History[]
When the young Haruto Soma and his parents were heavy injured in a traffic accident, the nurse who took care of them at the hospital where they were taken was Mikiko.
Years later, Mikiko's son Hiroki become Gate target of Phantom Phoenix. Because of this, Mikiko got a chance to meet Haruto again after the latter grown into adult, although unable to understand the logic of magic and monsters, Mikiko still chosen to believe Haruto and asked him for protect her son.
Mikiko later get assaulted by Phoenix, injured and hospitalized. Her husband was also hospitalized for the same reason shortly afterwards. After Wizard defeated Phoenix, the Ito family are able to escape the Phantom's clutches.
