The Mega Reversal Machine (メガリバーサルマシン Mega Ribāsaru Mashin), alternatively Reverse Machine (リバースマシン Ribāsu Mashin) was a superweapon possessed by the Underground Badan Empire, appearing as a grand tower not cosmetically unlike Badan's first superweapon, the Space Break System. With the machine, Badan, as the Kingdom of the Dead, planned to flip the lands of the dead and the living, bringing all deceased souls back at the cost of all present life on Earth, with the goal being to restore the empire's army of monsters. The key to this plan was a young boy, Shu Aoi, who revived after being killed in an accident with a strange power.
The Mega Reversal Machine structure initially appeared as the nervous system of Badan's underground base, the Badan City, with the heart of the machine being a cell to contain Shu and draw his power, and a mouthpiece for the Generalissimo of Badan at the bottom of the tower. The Mega Reversal Machine then appeared to emerge on the surface as the Great Leader revealed himself following the battle between the Heisei Riders and Showa Riders leaving Gaim as the last Kamen Rider. At that moment, Badan's general, Ambassador Darkness, revealed himself as Ryo Murasame (Kamen Rider ZX), crippling the structure with his Cross Shuriken.
However, it turned out that the one he destroyed was just a dummy as Ren Aoi (Kamen Rider Fifteen) revealed that the Mega Reversal Machine and Badan's base was one and the same, with the Badan City emerging as a flying saucer with the Mega Reversal Machine tower on top of it. It was at this moment that Murasame revealed his own front as he transformed into ZX before proceeding use his Micro Chain to free the Rider Lockseeds which, combining with the power of Gaim, brought back the Kamen Riders who were waiting in the Helheim Forest. Faced a combined force of 15 Heisei Riders and 15 Showa Riders assembled against Badan, the Mega Reversal Machine was activated by Yamaarashi-Roid, beginning the process of flipping the lands of the living and the dead as wraiths of the deceased emerged.
Once Shu Aoi was freed by Kamen Rider Decade, the Mega Reversal Machine was left open for the Riders to attack, with several Kamen Riders Rider Kicking their way into Badan City before destroying the structure from the inside. With the Mega Reversal Machine finally destroyed, all the emerging wraiths vanished.
