Maze 2: Escape (MAZE2 脱出, Maze Ni Dasshutsu) is the second episode of the Video Pass series Kamen Sentai Gorider.

Synopsis[]

After discovering that unlike them, Emu is alive, the other Riders become divided between those who view him as a threat and those who support him. However, when the monsters from Shocker attacks again, all Riders join forces against them, until Emu discovers the truth when one of the deceased Riders reveals his true form and intentions.

  • When Baron activates the Banana Sparking on his Driver, the Come On sound isn't heard.
  • When Marika fires the Sonic Arrow after putting her Energy Lockseed into the arrow, the Peach Energy announcement isn't heard.
  • When Emu transforms into Ex-Aid Robot Action Gamer Level 3 on-screen (just before 10 minutes into the episode), at the end of the transformation, only Mighty Action X's chant is heard, while Gekitotsu Robots' chant is missing.
  • When Ex-Aid uses his Gekitotsu Critical Strike, his Gekitotsu Smasher destroys his target and vanishes, then mysteriously re-appears on his arm with no indication it returned back to Ex-Aid.

Notes[]

  • Video Game References in this episode:
    • Emu losing his memory each time he re-enters the game world is akin to starting over a new game, which clears any previous progress from the video game.
  • Hiiro and Taiga remain transformed as Brave and Snipe respectively throughout this episode.
