Mayu (マユ, Mayu) lives with Grandma and has a grudge against Kabuto for what she thought was her brother's murder. She later encountered her 'brother', who was actually a Worm who had mimicked her brother, and was revealed that she is the Sisyra Worm. It was also revealed that she was being targeted by the other Worms because of her ties to Kabuto. After learning the truth, Mayu went to see Sohji to apologize, but only saw a smiling Sohji as Kabuto returned to being stuck in the Clock-Up Zone.

Mayu was portrayed by Rio Kanno (菅野 莉央, Kanno Rio), who before portrayed the true identity Mister Voice
in GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
