Mayu (マユ, Mayu) is a young girl who lives with Grandma, and clerk of Oden restaurant Tendoya.
History[]
Mayu witnessed Kamen Rider Kabuto attacked her older brother in the past, since then she has a grudge against Kabuto.
Mayu is seen attacked by a Worm (Chrysalis) during her way back home, she was saved by Kamen Rider Decade. She invited Tsukasa and Natsumi to the Tendoya for eating, in return, they invited Mayu to Hikari Studio to shoot different photo sets with changing clothes, and learned about this world. Later, when Mayu was out buying food, she get attacked by the Worms again. Kabuto appeared and saved her.
Runs aways from the field, she later encountered her "older brother", who was actually a Worm who had mimicked her brother, and was revealed that she is the Sisyra Worm when Subst Worm approaching her. It was also revealed that she was being targeted by the other Worms because of her ties to Kabuto. After learning the truth, Mayu went to see Sohji to apologize, but only saw a smiling Sohji as Kabuto returned to being stuck in the Clock Up Zone.

Mayu was portrayed by Rio Kanno (菅野 莉央, Kanno Rio), who previously portrayed the true identity of Mister Voice
in GoGo Sentai Boukenger.

- Mayu is an amalgamation of both Hiyori Kusakabe and Jyuka Tendo.
- Like Hiyori, she is Sohji's biological sister, works together at a restaurant, and are the Sisyra Worm.
- Like Jyuka, she and Sohji were raised by their grandmother.
