Template:ArticleFaiz Template:Characterinfo Dr. Masahiko Minami (南 雅彦, Minami Masahiko) is a high officer of the National Police Agency and the leader of actions against . Secretly, he acts as a scientist working with Smart Brain to turn Orphnochs into living weapons. He is also a major antagonist in Kamen Rider 555, being indirectly responsible for Yuji Kiba's later vengeful atrocities against humans.
History
Acting as the high officer of the National Police Agency, Masahiko Minami is an extremely xenophobic madman who believes deserves to be experienced for their inferiorty. He believes that humanity will not be "pure" if they accept the Orphnochs and thus seeks to trap each of them in their monster forms. Minami believes that if humanity accepts the Orphnochs as equal beings, then humans will not be "pure" anymore, seeking to disable their shapeshifting abilities so they can die as monsters. Introduced stopping a police investigation, Minami recruits an innocent detective to spy on an Orphnoch, and orders his death when the detective began sympathizing with Orphnochs.
After making a deal with Smart Brain to use Orphnochs as weapons, Minami later captures Yuka Osada and electrocutes her as part of his experiment, ignoring her screech of agony as he considered her a "worthless life". After Yuka was saved by the Crab Orphnoch, Minami sent a squad of armored officers after her, Yuji Kiba and Takumi Inui.
Following Yuka's death, Minami's hideout is attacked by an enraged Kiba. Leaving his staff to die, Minami makes his escape, only for Kiba to chase after him and kill him, Before dying, Minami mocked Kiba that the Orphnochs would never win against humans.

Masahiko Minami was portrayed by Atsushi Ogawa (小川 敦史, Ogawa Atsushi), who previously played Tetsuya Sawaki from Kamen Rider Agito.
