Mamoru Nikaido (二階堂 守, Nikaido Mamoru) was a member of Street who transforms into the Reactor Dopant.
History[]
Prior to obtaining the Reactor Memory, Mamoru was able to master it and achieved a High Dope level. However, mastering the memory was a dangerous move as human's body couldn't handle the heat that Reactor had created. To make sure that he wouldn't die and keep up with the power, Mamoru built a machine to cool down his body.
Unfortunately for Mamoru, the only person who was able to create the valve for cooling him down was an old man with a great sense of justice. The old man's reckless deed caused his grand daughter to call for Shotaro and Phillip, resulting in Mamoru encountering them in Ura Fuuto because Tokime was trapped in there, thanks to the interference of Yukiji Bando. He won the first fight with ease against Kamen Rider Double and Accel and kicked them away from the town, proving that he was too powerful even without the new Driver.
Later on, Mamoru encountered the Riders for the second time after Phillip and Shotaro was able to deduce the location of his hideout not long after he was about to kill the old man and Tokime when they were able to get out from Ura Fuuto just minutes after he had cooled down his body. Before he was transformed, Terui destroyed his coolant room, angering Mamoru and he transformed despite the fact he wouldn't be able to cooldown his body again. This time, Mamoru got into a one sided fight as Shotaro and Phillip turned into Kamen Rider Double CJX to finish him off. Mamoru even held Tokime as a hostage to prevent them for using Bicker Final Illusion, but Phillip told Shotaro to have them finish Mamoru with the Double Prism Extreme, effectively defeating him without creating an explosion to harm Tokime.
Before he died, Mamoru woke up and quickly killed his own henchmen for trying to run away by returning to Ura Futo in front of the Riders. He did that because the henchmen would have led the Kamen Riders to enter the Ura Fuuto again and he wouldn't let that happen, self-destructing to prevent the Riders from entering the gate. He had his body be destroyed and bid a farewell after Yukiji was able to get him before he was completely dissolved.
Personality[]
Mamoru has a great respect towards Yukiji Bando and will do anything so he can be on his side. Mamoru is calculative and never even once disrespecting anyone, including the riders. His loyalty to Yukiji is shown on how desperate he protect Ura Fuuto and even use an underhanded method in a fight. He doesn't even hesitate to kill his own minions when they are about to give a chance for the riders to enter the city.

- Mamoru is voiced by Kenji Nomura, a veteran Japanese voice actor in his first Kamen Rider-related role. Nomura is well known for his other voice roles in many anime and toku productions, his most recent one being Barashitara in Zenkaiger, which aired alongside Kamen Rider Saber and Revice in the Super Hero Time slot.

- He is the only member of the Street who doesn't use the Gaia Driver Rex. Instead, he uses his Gaia Memory like other normal Dopants do.
