Major Skull (ドクロ少佐, Dokuro Shōsa, 27, 30 & 31): A skull Cyborg Majin of the Delzer Army.

He was destroyed by Stronger (Charge Up)'s Super Electron Drill Kick on his head and his body was destroyed after that. [Stronger's Great Remodelling!!]
Kamen Rider Spirits[]
In Shin Kamen Rider Spirits manga, it had revealed that Major Skull was actually a deformity abandoned by his human parents until the Delzer Army adopted him a few hours later.
To repay the Great Leader JUDO's grace, Major Skull sacrificed himself by burning his body to kill Kamen Rider ZX. However, his flame was exploited by ZX to damage Major Skull himself, eventually destroyed him at the end.

Major Skull's Delzer Army Corps wore skull masks and had proficiency in spying, as well as the ability to turn invisible.

- Major Skull's origin story is a homage to Kitarō, the main character of a 1960 manga series GeGeGe no Kitarō, who was also abandoned in a graveyard and lost one of his eyes.
- The true form of Major Skull very resembles Marvel Comic's Ghost Rider.
- Major Skull's death is a homage to Shotaro Ishinomori's 1970 Skull Man manga, which the protagonist Tatsuo Kagura/Skull Man "died" in fire in the final chapter.
