Magen (マーゲン, Māgen) is a wealthy merchant and one of President Bocca Jaldak's supporters. After being modified by Nyelv Stomach, he gains the ability to transform into the second Kamen Rider Bitter Gavv (仮面ライダービターガヴ, Kamen Raidā Bitā Gavu).[1]
History
Magen sought to leverage his support toward Bocca Jaldak to benefit his business. He was offered by Bocca to try Dark Snacks which immediately got him addicted. For the sake of getting more Dark Snacks, Magen let Nyelv Stomach modify his body with a Bitter Gavv. He was given the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Bitter Gavv and set out to eliminate Shoma and other Granute Hunters in the human world. After arriving in the human world, Magen first targeted Hanto Karakida and easily beat him without using his new Gavv. He then went after Rakia Amarga, but transformed into Kamen Rider Bitter Gavv Breacookie for the first time and engaged Rakia after transforming into Kamen Rider Vram Pudding Custom. Magen found himself strong than Vram with the Rider system, even when Shoma, who was brought by Vram's Purujelly Gochizo, arrived and transformed into Kamen Rider Gavv Blizzardsorbet. Even with Gavv, Magen easily defeated Vram and began to overpower Shoma after his Blizzardsorbei Gochizo melted.
Magen was confused by Sachika Amane's arrival to deliver a new item to Shoma: the Gochipod built by Dente Stomach, but Shoma failed to transformed with the device. Magen scoffed and proceeded to beat Shoma until the latter's Gochizos began to merge within the Gochipod, activating it as it flew to Shoma by command and allowed the rider to transform into a new form: Over Mode. Magen resumed his assault, but was shocked to see his attacks literally bounce off of Gavv as both riders executed their own finishers, but Gavv's Over Smash Rider Punch easily bested the Bitter Gavvgablade's Rider Slash and sent Magen crashing through terrain. Due to Gavv not having complete control over his new powers, Magen survived and was found by Nyelv, who tend to the Granute while bestowing the modified Bakemagnum for more power. The next day, Magen returned to the human world and used the Bakemagnum to fire on buildings to draw out the Granute Hunters. Magen was dissatisfied to see Hanto and Rakia, who were alerted of Magen's return by the Purujelly Gochizo, arrive and transformed into their respective rider forms Valen Frappe Custom and Vram Jelly Custom to combat Magen to buy Shoma time to recharge the Gochipod with 100 Gochizos. After transforming, Magen utilized the Bakemagnum and his strength to overpower the rider duo but found himself evenly match against their teamwork.
Valen's transformation, however, was cancelled as the Frappeis Gochizo melted, allowing Magen to gain the upper hand against the duo until Shoma arrived with the recharged Gochipod and transformed into Gavv Over Mode. Magen noticed Gavv's lack of control as the former dodged Gavv's Rider Punch and proceeded to keep Gavv at bay with the Bitter Gavvgablade and Bakemagnum until the Gochipod is drained. Magen's plan was working until Valen Doumaru and Vram Pudding Custom entrapped him to assist in Gavv land a critical hit, even as Magen broke free and used his weapons to hurt Valen and Vram, but the duo held him tight until Gavv struck Magen with an Over Smash Rider Punch, finally defeat and killing the Granute. Personality
Magen is shown to be arrogant as he proclaims that Bocca needs his help to secure his seat as the President from the younger generation. However, eating the Dark Snack has made him slowly addicted towards it, while even willing to give his body to Nyelv to do experiment. Nevertheless, Magen retains his some fragment of arrogance. This shown how he looked down upon The Rider Trio and the humans, treating the latter only as species instead of living objects.

- Extensible Limbs: By charging energy and touching a surface with his hand, Magen can cause the tongue-like limbs on his head to emerge from it to attack the opponent. This ability can also be used in human form or as Kamen Rider Bitter Gavv.
- Human Disguise: Due to being modified by Nyelv Stomach, Magen can adopt a human form by inserting a Mimic Key into his gavv. He is able to return to his original form by removing the Mimic Key.

Breacookie Form (ブレイクッキーフォーム, Bureikukkī Fōmu) is Bitter Gavv's chocolate chip cookie-based form accessed by using a Breacookie Gochizo in the Henshin Belt Bitter Gavv.
Compared to Sparkingummy, the Breacookie Form's stats exceed that of the latter in punching and kicking power. However, there is a slight decrease in both jump height and running speed. This is compensated by Magen's fighting capabilities to overwhelm both the Pudding Custom and Blizzardsorbet Form simultaneously. Still, his use of Granute powers in this form proved ineffective against Over Mode. Bitter Gavv can also use the Bitter Gavvgablade and the improved version of the Bakemagnum in combat.
Breacookie Form consists of the following parts:
- Breacookie Alterhead (ブレイクッキーオルタヘッド, Bureikukkī Orutaheddo): The head.
- Breacookie Mug (ブレイクッキーマグ, Bureikukkī Magu): The face. The biological tissue generated by using Breacookie Gochizo is extremely robust and its combat abilities can be increased according to the amount consumed of the energy chips contained inside. By consuming a large amount at once, it is possible to draw out specs that greatly exceed the power of the transformer.
- Breacookie Rage Eye (ブレイクッキーレイジアイ, Bureikukkī Reiji Ai): The eyes. They boast high hardness and excellent heat resistance.
- Gradnal (グラドナル, Guradonaru): The recording organ. The special crystalline structure also has neurotransmission-assisting functions that amplify the functions of each body part during combat and enable smooth links with weapons and other items.
- Bitbady (ビットバディ, Bittobadi): The body. The transformer's body transforms and changes by distorting the characteristics of Gochizo, exhibiting partially outstanding powers.
- Breacookie Sternum (ブレイクッキースターナム, Bureikukkī Sutānamu): The chest. The biological tissue generated by using Breacookie Gochizo is extremely robust and its combat abilities can be increased according to the amount consumed of the energy chips contained inside. By consuming a large amount at once, it is possible to draw out specs that greatly exceed the power of the transformer.
- Breacookie Alterarm (ブレイクッキーオルタアーム, Bureikukkī Orutaāmu): The arms. It changes into hard stone by baking it with special energy. It can repurpose that heat to deliver an ultra-hot punch.
- Breacookie Alterleg (ブレイクッキーオルタレッグ, Bureikukkī Orutareggu): The legs. It changes into hard stone by baking it with special energy. It can redirect that heat to perform an ultra-hot kick.

- Unnamed Rider Slash: Bitter Gavv presses the Gulpdown, causing the Shaitanswor to become enveloped in electrifying purple energy. He presses the Varianrigger and delivers an energy slash.

- Full Blast (フルブラスト, Furu Burasuto): Bitter Gavv opens and closes the Magnum Grasp (invertedly the Crimson Jack) twice to fire a concentrated stream of violet energy at his opponent.

Portrayal
- Magen is voiced by Wataru Takagi (高木 渉, Takagi Wataru), who previously voiced the Armadillo Imagin in Kamen Rider Den-O.
- Magen's suit actor is Shinichi Nihashi (二橋 進一, Nihashi Shinichi), who also portrays his human disguise.[1] As the second Kamen Rider Bitter Gavv, his suit actor is Takahiro Yoneoka (米岡 孝弘, Yoneoka Takahiro).
