Madness, Delusion, and Baby's Breath (暴走・妄想・カスミ草, Bōsō, Mōsō, Kasumisō) is the eleventh episode of Kamen Rider Den-O. It is the third episode of the four-part introduction arc of Kintaros/K-Ryotaro and Kamen Rider Den-O Ax Form.

Synopsis[]

Ryotaro becomes the bodyguard of an adoring idol who suddenly finds herself under attack, both in a plot of jealousy and an Imagin.

Plot[]

When top preteen model Kasumi Kobayashi finds a bouquet of baby's breath left for her, she is misled into thinking that Ryotaro is the mysterious fan who has been leaving similar bouquets for her (he was carrying one for the Milk Dipper). After seeing Ryotaro's strength while possessed by Kintaros, Kasumi contracts him as a body guard, in hopes to prevented any future ruins in her fashion show of the Parisian collection.

Even though he is not the one leaving her baby's breath, Kintaros vowed to protect Kasumi while helping her reconcile with her father. Soon after that, the culprit of the attacks, the Ivy Imagin, arrives. Though Momotaros initially battles as Sword Form, Kintaros, after misinterpreting a word, removes him to fight the Ivy Imagin, whom he lets escape.

During all of this, Hana finds the Ivy Imagin's contract holder, who is none other than Kensaku Kobayashi, Kasumi's father.
