This article is about a rider machine in Kamen Rider Decade. |
The Machine Decader (マシンディケイダー, Mashin Dikeidā) is Decade's personal Honda DN-01 motorcycle.[1] Like Decade himself, the Decader can assume the form of the respective Rider's motorcycle. It exhibits this ability when Decade (as Faiz) transforms the Decader into the Auto Vajin and the Side Basshar as Decade Violent Emotion.
Design[]
The Machine Decader consists of the following parts:[2]
- Signal Pointer (シグナルポインター, Shigunaru Pointā): It can read the signals emitted from Decade and transform Machine Decader's body into other objects. It can also drive unmanned and automatically, responding to Decade's will.
- Dimension Light (ディメンションライト, Dimenshon Raito): It is equipped with a high-beam headlight in the center and low-beam headlights on both sides, which can illuminate obstacles as far as 150 meters away at night, polarize infrared radiation emitted from objects into visible light to see in the dark, and emit light that can even catch objects in the interdimensional space of parallel worlds. It demonstrates its true potential as a dimensional transporter by emitting a breakthrough beam to destroy barriers between parallel worlds.
- Ride Plates (ライドプレート, Raido Purēto): The plates serve as travel passes for the dimensional transporter Machine Decader. The front and rear sections are pierced with plates, allowing the Machine Decader to pass freely between all parallel worlds and move unrestricted.
- Decader Tank (ディケイダータンク, Dikeidā Tanku): A tank with an endless source of energy because it is connected to a Klein bottle, which is said to have no boundaries or distinction between front and back.
- Divine Ore (ディヴァインオレ, Divain Ore): The entire machine, from the bike's cowl, engine, and frame, is made of a mysterious ore similar to Decade's exoskeleton.
- Decader Power (ディケイダーパワー, Dikeidā Pawā): The V-twin engine, which runs on gasoline during normal operation, also shows its true potential as a dimensional transporter when Decade rides on it. It switches from a gasoline engine to a dimensional energy engine, demonstrating the ability to travel on land, sea, air, and even space.
Later history[]
All Rider Break[]
Decade got on his Machine Decader, among many other Kamen Riders and their Rider Machines, to perform the All Rider Break attack which ended the final battle with Rock Great Leader. [OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders]
Super Hero Taisen[]
Though the Machine Decader doesn't appear in its true form in Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen, in the supposed final battle between the Kamen Riders and Super Sentai, Kamen Rider Decade disguised as Rider #1, rode on the New Cyclone (which was presumably the Machine Decader in disguise) leading the surviving Kamen Riders (Kuuga, Faiz, Kabuto, Kiva, and Double) on their respective motorcycles. Decade/Rider #1 first used the New Cyclone to attack the SWAT Mode Dekarangers, then to send the Super Sentai teams Dai Sentai Goggle-V, Choju Sentai Liveman and Denji Sentai Megaranger to the dimensional wall via what appeared to be its exhaust fumes.
World within the Magic Stone[]
When Decade was first summoned by the young boy in the world within the Magic Stone, he appeared on his Machine Decader, where he met Haruto Soma, to pick him up and take him to Antique Shop Omokagedo as OOO on his Ridevendor picked up the young girl. [The Kamen Rider Rings]
Rider Grand Prix[]
Decade, as a Shocker Rider, participates in the Rider Grand Prix race, riding his Machine Decader. [Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3]
Video Game appaearances[]
Kamen Rider Battride War[]

Transformation[]
Machine Diender[]
- Main article: Machine Diender
- In Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders Super Spin-off, Kamen Rider Diend stole the Machine Decader in Toei's cyan recolor room and changed its name into Machine Diender (マシンディエンダー, Mashin Diendā) as his own Rider Machine.[Petition! Diend Super Machine Legend!!]
Despite not appearing on-screen, an actual Machine Diender officially exists. Diend was retroactively listed as using it during the All Rider Break against the Rock Great Leader in OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders.
Legend Rider Signal Bike[]
- Signal Legend Decade (シグナルレジェンドディケイド, Shigunaru Rejendo Dikeido): Allows Mach to activate a Kourin Signal Legend. When used in the DX Drive Driver, it gives the sound for a Tire Exchange into Drive: Decade (ドライブ・ディケイド, Doraibu - Dikeido).
Notes[]
- Decade 1 once rode New Cyclone, but it is impossible to tell whether it was transformed from Machine Decader.
- Decade appears riding his Machine Decader, among the other Kamen Riders on their Rider Machines, in the animated ending sequence of Heisei Rider vs. Showa Rider: Kamen Rider Taisen feat. Super Sentai.
