Lizard Mutant (トカゲ怪人, Tokage Kaijin) (10) is a lizard Gorgom monster.
Biography[]
Lizard Mutant was sent by Gorgom to assist Professor Hideomi Kuromatsu into causing car accidents and fake ambulances in order to turn its victims into Gorgom's terrorist group to start a World War. Kohtaro went undercover until Professor Kuromatsu appeared. Once Kohtaro was revealed, Lizard Mutant appeared and a battle with Kamen Rider Black began. Battle Hopper tackled Lizard Mutant before it was destroyed by the Rider Kick.

It can bite, attack with its tail, and regenerate its tail if cut off.
