Leo Imagin (レオイマジン, Reo Imajin) is an evil Imagin in Kamen Rider Den-O. He is one of Kai's servant Imagin, he was armed with large claws on his right arm and a morning star.

History[]
The Leo Imagin is Kai's subordinate and uses his three Leo Soldiers (レオソルジャー, Reo Sorujā) to kill Momotaros, Urataros, and Kintaros in the Time Station while he handles the task of killing R-Ryotaro Nogami upon fulfilling his part in Kai's plan. But Yuto Sakurai drives the Imagin away with his attack and Momotaros, Urataros, and Kintaros use their versions of Den-O's finishers to destroy his Leo Soldiers. When Den-O Sword Form appears, the Leo Imagin travels back in time through Kai with Den-O in pursuit. But before the fight could start, Momotaros loses his sync with Den-O, leaving Ryotaro to assume Liner Form and fight the Leo Imagin, using the DenKamen Sword's RyuGun Mode to destroy him.

Leo Soldier Yummy (レオソルジャーヤミー, Reo Sorujā Yamī): Cell Medal recreations of the Leo Soldiers appear as part of a Combatman Yummy (戦闘員ヤミー, Sentōin Yamī) army, the product of Shocker Combatman In Sendo's desire for like-minded allies to defeat the Kamen Riders, based on the grunts from past villainous groups who fought against Kamen Riders, whom Sendo refers to as the "past generation combatmen" (歴代戦闘員, Rekidai Sentōin). - Contract Creation: Like all Imagin, Leo Imagin can form a contract with a person in order to gain a physical form.
- Time Travel: Like other Imagin, once his contract was completed he could travel to a point in time precious to his host.
- Superhuman Defense: He resist the attacks of Kamen Rider Zeronos.

- Leo Lap: He was armed a morning star that can damage the steel and resist the Full Charge of Zeronos.
- Claws: He was armed with large claws on his right arm and inflict damage in attacks in mele.
Weakness[]
- Death of contract host: Due to the greatly delicate nature of the contract, if the contract holder forgets or dies before the contract is completed, the Imagin bound to him or her will fade away.

Leo Imagin is voiced by Kazuhiro Yamaji (山路 和弘, Yamaji Kazuhiro), who best known by portrayed Kei Karasuma in Kamen Rider Blade.

- The Leo Imagin's suit is retooled from Rhino Imagin, while Leo Soldiers' suits are retooled from ZECTroopers.
- His fable basis is The Man Who Found a Gold Lion. The story of miser man with doubt of steal a lion statue made of gold (appareance of Imagin), but chooses to have his servants take over (Leo Soldiers).
