Legend Rider? 100 Years Too Early! (伝説ライダー?100年早いな!, Rejendo Raidā? Hyakunen Hayai na!) is the thirty-third episode of Kamen Rider Gotchard. It features Lachesis' first transformation into Valvarad and Fire Gotchard Antwrestler's only appearance.
The episode incorporates plot elements from Kamen Rider Gotchard VS Kamen Rider Legend and is the first part of the "Legend Edition" arc[1]. As such, it features the televised debut of Ho-Oh Kaguya Quartz/Kamen Rider Legend, with the show itself debuting his final form, Legendary Legend. It also incorporates minor plot elements from Kamen Rider Outsiders and features the televised debut of Zein/Kamen Rider Zein (transformed offscreen).

T1 Gaia Memories?
- Although Eternal was shown using the T2 Eternal Memory, the other 24 Gaia Memories summoned by the Zone Memory were shown to be the gold/silver-tipped T1 versions rather than the blue-tipped T2 Memories.
- Subsequently, the models for the Memories are likely toy model mock-ups as evident from the Cyclone Memory having batteries, a speaker port and speaker, and wiring.

Two Revi Cards.
- During Legendary Legend's transformation scene, Kamen Rider Revi's Ride Chemy Card is shown twice, replacing Kamen Rider Vice's card.

- This episode's title references Kamen Rider Legend and the catchphrase of Kamen Rider Gotchard VS Kamen Rider Legend: Reiwa Rider? 100 Years Too Early!
- When the title card for Gotchard appears on screen, it briefly switches into Kamen Rider Gotchard VS Kamen Rider Legends title card.
- This is also the first episode that does not contain any reference to one of the 101 Chemies in the title, instead it features Legend's own Chemy name in the title.
- The Boss of Hundred's name is revealed by Saigetsu to be "Gengetsu".
- Because the production crew had reused the original props, the majority of the previous Rider suits are depicted as being in a deteriorated state. These include:
- The undersuit of Kamen Rider Eternal had yellowed, but this was corrected during post-production. However, certain shots still reveal some of the changes.
- The leg portions of the Kamen Rider Dark Kiva suit are secured with transparent tape.
- During the scene where Kamen Rider Gorgeous Faiz attached Faiz Pointer, the prop was also secured using transparent tape.
- During some of the still shots, the stunt action helmets were used, such as Hibiki and Kabuto.
- The armor on Agito has degraded to a certain point that it looks like Styrofoam.
- The Kabuto suit has a rip in the neck portion.
- Some of the suits have clear rips and tears, which are more seen in the stills.
- Zein's use of the Super-1 card marks the first instance of him using the powers of a Showa Rider, and the first time since his debut episode that he doesn't use a Zein Card of a Kamen Riders' Final Forms.
- The way Zein shouts out "Super Rider Moon Surface Kick" is a reference to the tone of Kamen Rider Super-1's way of shouting special moves. Sakamoto even brought footage of Kamen Rider Super-1 to the recording room for Toru Okawa to imitate.
- Referencing his origin in Kamen Rider Outsiders, Zein's final line to Mimei is that she is far too weak to be an Outsider.

Alphabetical Gaia Memories and Chemies
- As a nod to Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate, 26 Chemies were chosen to represent each letter of the English alphabet surround Platina Gotchard. However, because no Chemy's name starts with the letter "Q", the production team decided to use Hiikescue as a stand in for the letter.
- Tasogare's defeat at the hands of Platina Gotchard closely mirrors Katsumi Daido's demise at the hands of Kamen Rider Double, having gained the courage from the cheering civilians to defeat Eternal.
- Additionally, Mimei's initial defeat mirrors Girori's defeat as both were beaten by two Riders using the same power set (Valvarad & Rider Valvarad for Mimei, Geats & Tycoon Command Forms for Girori) only to be finally destroyed by a white and gold Rider (Niramu/Gazer, albeit untransformed, and Zein)
- The 10 Riders that Legend transforms into in this episode make up all of the 10 riders of the first phase of Heisei era Riders, from Kuuga to Decade.
The appearance of Dark Kiva's "King's World End"
- Hideki Tajima, who was in charge of the setting of Kiva, mentioned on the release of the episode that he is surprised that it has finally been used.[2]
- Saigetsu's line "Curse you, Legend!" (おのれレジェンド!, Onore Rejendo!) after Legend's transformation is a reference to Narutaki.
- This episode features the final series appearance of Super Gotchard Cross XRex.
