Kyosui Izumi (泉 京水, Izumi Kyōsui) was a flamboyant gay man with sadomasochist quirks member of NEVER who serves as Katsumi Daido's right hand man. In Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate, he becomes the Luna Dopant.

Mortally wounded, Kyosui Izumi dies for the first time.
Izumi is a gay man with sadomasochist quirks and was once a yakuza subordinate until he was betrayed and fatally stabbed in the chest. After he was revived, he fell in love with Katsumi as he was the last thing he saw before his death, tending to call him 'Katsumi-chan' and get jealous of anyone who gets too close to him. Should anyone question Katsumi's motives, Izumi would always stick up for Katsumi and explain his reasons. He would follow Katsumi without question and went on nearly every mission with him.
In the Futo City mission of the retrieval of the 26 T2 Gaia Memories to convert all of Futo into Necro-Overs, he gains the T2 Luna Memory, and during his last clash with Kamen Rider Double, he proved to be a resilient wall, until he fought Kamen Rider OOO and was defeated by the Rider's OOO Bash Scanning Charge, turning into dust instantly.
The Fateful Sengoku Movie Battle[]
A Luna Dopant created by the God Tree was part of a monsters army led by Nepenthes Inhumanoid appeared to Prevent Wizard, Beast, Gaim, Ryugen, Baron, and Zangetsu from stopping Bujin Gaim from acquiring the ultimate power. Abilities[]
Izumi is an expert in grappling and can wrap himself around an opponent's body to snap it like a twig. His main weapon is a whip which he uses to great effect.

He used T2 Luna Memory to transform. As the Luna Dopant, Izumi gains the ability to create illusions so powerful that they're nearly indistinguishable from reality. His main uses are to create swarms of T2 Masquerade Dopants and extending his whip like arms to any distance in order to attack.
