Krim Steinbelt (クリム・スタインベルト, Kurimu Sutainberuto) was a scientist who invented and installed his consciousness within the Drive Driver (ドライブドライバー, Doraibu Doraibā) after his "death" by the Roidmudes. In 2019, his existence and the history of Kamen Rider Drive are threatened, leading him to request Sougo Tokiwa's assistance.

Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer[]
Krim Steinbelt's existence is put into danger by the Quartzer, who wish to format Sougo Tokiwa's timeline and erase all Riders, beginning with Drive. Krim and Go request Sougo to go into the past and save his ancestor in order to safeguard Drive's history. After Sougo achieves success in his mission, Krim presents him with the Drive and Mach Ridewatches. This has the effect of erasing him from history, as the timeline where Drive existed was now in Sougo’s hands.

- As seen in Over Quartzer, this timeline's Krim's father is named "Tony" and his paternal grandfather's name is "Howard", an obvious reference to the characters from Marvel Comics' Iron Man since it is humorously noticed by fans in Japan that Chris Peppler's portrayal of Krim Steinbelt resembled the character Tony Stark, whose father is also named Howard.
