Kouka Tendoin (天道院 紅華, Tendoin Kouka) is Kamen Rider Lady (仮面ライダーレディ, Kamen Raidā Redi), who briefly fought against Kamen Rider Kabuto and Kamen Rider Gatack.
She later reconciled with the riders and helped them fought against Worm from Area X.

- The suit bears a striking resemblance to Electronic Wave Humanoid Tackle from Kamen Rider Stronger, who also had a ladybug motif.
