The Kougami Foundation (鴻上ファウンデーション, Kōgami Faundēshon) is a multi-purpose organization specializing in the research of the Greeed and O Medals. As such, they have created their own Medal System to supplement OOO's in his fight against the Greeed and the Yummies.
Members[]
- Kousei Kougami: Chairman
- Erika Satonaka: Secretary
- Shintaro Goto: Leader of first squad motorcycle brigade, as well as the second Kamen Rider Birth
- Akira Date: Cell Medal collector and first Kamen Rider Birth, later he became user of Kamen Rider Birth·Proto Type.
- Kiyoto Maki: Former scientist that developed the Birth Driver, as well as other weapons. Later left and became the Kyoryu Greeed.
- Eiji Hino: Temporary researcher. After the series finale, he travels the world to find a way to fix Ankh's broken Taka Medal and was revealed in Movie War Mega Max that his research and travel expenses are funded by the Foundation in exchange for his research data that he finds.
Dan Foundation[]
Due to the time alteration, Kougami Foundation and Genm Corp. are eventually replaced as Dan Foundation, headed by Kuroto Dan, dubbing himself as King Kuroto Dan. He declares that Dan Foundation will have a sovereign from Japan territory and he will become a king. He eventually kidnaps Eiji Hino, the real Kamen Rider OOO as his hostage, and hires Hina Izumi as his employee before Sougo Tokiwa comes into the company. He later becomes Another OOO by Time Jacker Heure. Its office room is much similar to Kougami's and it has Kiyo-chan, Kiyoto Maki's doll, on Kuroto's table.
