Kong Deadman (コング・デッドマン, Kongu Deddoman) is a gorilla-themed Deadman created from Ayaka Oketani using the Kong Proto Vistamp, which was given to her by Aguilera. After its death, the Vistamp was taken and purified by George Karizaki.

The Kong Deadman is the result of an inner demon being released from a human's body by the power of the Kong Proto Vistamp. It has acquired the genetic information of a gorilla and cannot suppress the urge to hit anything in sight. The large and sturdy arms which produce tremendous punches can also block any attack by taking a defensive posture.

- Enhanced Strength: The Kong Deadman possesses enough raw strength to easily break through concrete and launch enemies away with its punches.
- Durability: The Kong Deadman's body is very durable, and it can use its arms to protect itself from most attacks.

The Kong Deadman and its host have been united by an advanced contract. The host has gained immense power in exchange for the risk of not being able to return to human form. Punching power that easily exceeds the Kong Deadman makes it possible to destroy buildings with only shock waves or fly freely around the city by punching the surface it is on. She is also able to hunt down the target with quick movements similar to teleportation.

- Shockwave Generation: The Kong Deadman Phase 2 can produce red shockwaves from her hand. In addition, she can produce a giant multicolored shockwave by slamming the ground with both fists.
- Smoke Teleportation: The Kong Deadman Phase 2 can dissapear instantly in a puff of smoke to avoid an enemy's attack.
- Arm Strength: The Kong Deadman Phase 2 has enough strength to throw a bus with one arm.
- Enhanced Leaping: The Kong Deadman Phase 2 can leap over long distances and jump between buildings.
