Kokuranken Shikkoku (黒嵐剣漆黒 lit. "Black Storm Sword Jet Black") is the transformation device and personal weapon of Kamen Rider Desast.[1] It was transformed from the Grudge Dent.

Design[]
The Kokuranken Shikkoku is composed of the following parts:
- Seiken Swordbody[2] (聖剣ソード本体, Seiken Sōdohontai): The base of the sword.
- Sword Grip (ソードグリップ, Sōdo Gurippu): The handle. It determines the person who is selected by the Kokuranken Shikkoku.
- Shikkoku Trigger (シッコクトリガー, Shikkoku Torigā): The trigger. When triggered, the Kokuranken Shikkoku reads its user's intentions and initializes Rider Finishers.
- Kokuranken Shikkoku Emblem (水勢剣流水エンブレム, Kokuranken Shikkoku Enburemu): The black hilt decorated with Desast's emblem. It can emit a holy shadow (聖なる影, seinaru kage) that helps balance the light.
- Shikkoku Soul (シッコクソウル, Shikkoku Sōru): The blade's clear purple section. It is a blade that can carry wisdom. By pressing a Wonder Ride Book against the Shingan Reader, the Kokuranken Shikkoku can embody and hold its contained lore for attacks.
- Shingan Reader (シンガンリーダー, Shingan Rīdā, lit. "Mind's Eye Reader"): The reading device at the tip of the blade. By pressing it against the special speed-reading metal fitting Spireader located on the back cover of a Wonder Ride Book, the Kokuranken Shikkoku can read the book's lore. As a result, it becomes possible to temporarily hold all the power of the Wonder Ride Book's lore in the Seiken for finishing attacks.

There is only one known to activate a finisher with the Kokuranken Shikkoku:
- Pressing the page on the Gaikotsu Ninjaden Wonder Ride Book in the driver before pulling the sword out.

A shorter prop version of Kokuranken Shikkoku is used by actors when performing Desast's transformation sequence.
Portrayal[]
The Kokuranken Shikkoku is voiced by Akio Otsuka (大塚 明夫, Ōtsuka Akio), who has voiced various characters in Super Sentai, including Hades God Dagon
in Mahou Sentai Magiranger and Champ/Oushi Black in Uchu Sentai Kyuranger.

Kokuranken Shikkoku Emblem
- As the in-show Kokuranken Shikkoku shares the same Seiken Swordbody design of Kaenken Rekka, Suiseiken Nagare & Raimeiken Ikazuchi, the detachable Kokuranken Shikkoku Emblem is sold together with the DX Gaikotsu Ninjaden Wonder Ride Book, and it can be attached to the Seiken Swordbody from the regular DX Seiken Swordriver release.
- As there are no pre-programmed sounds for Shikkoku due to it being a late addition post-series, the emblem cannot be scanned on the Seiken Swordbody. Users are recommended to use the emblem in conjunction with the DX Seiken in Kaenken Rekka mode to reproduce the screen-accurate red lights from the blade. Additionally, the Seiken announcements are all programmed into the Wonder Ride Book similar to the DX Arabiana Night Wonder Ride Book.
- The appearance of the Kokuranken Shikkoku Emblem is designed with reference to the Grudge Dent, presumably since the Seiken was transformed from the aforementioned weapon.
- In addition, the Kokuranken Shikkoku is the only Seiken not to be part of the Haouken Xross Saber, since it was not a component in its creation.
