Koichi Yamagata (山形 耕一, amagata Kōichi) is a billionare.
History[]
Koichi inherited a large amount of wealth from his relatives. One day, he was attracted to Manami Kawasaki, whom he met at the gym, and ended up buying a lot of health foods and supplements through her introduction.
He had a vague idea that Manami was after his money, but when she took his hand when he was attacked by Gnome, he couldn't bring himself to call her a evil person, and he thought there must be some reason why she needed the money. Later, when he found out that Manami was trying to buy back the "house of memories," Koichi bought it. When she decided to turn herself in and atone for her crimes, he told her that when she returned, he wanted her to buy the house from him, and that he would wait until then.

Koichi Yamagata is portrayed by Ryosuke Takahashi (高橋 良輔, Takahashi Ryōsuke), who would later go to portray Kagetaka Ichimura in Revice Forward: Kamen Rider Live & Evil & Demons.
