Kohei Murakami (村上 幸平, Murakami Kōhei) is a Japanese actor, voice actor and model who portrayed Masato Kusaka/Kamen Rider Kaixa in Kamen Rider 555, and reprised the role in Kamen Rider Zi-O, with his most recent reprisal in Kamen Rider 555 20th: Paradise Regained.
In Super Sentai, he portrayed Bud
in Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger and Sonoya in Avataro Sentai Donbrothers. In other Tokusatsu, he portrayed Yuji Nakajo, Hikomarom, Giza, and Hikaru in Cutie Honey: The Live, SpaMurasaki in Bihada Sentai Sparanger, and Hiroshi Isana in Ultraman Mebius.
Personal Life[]
- Murakami enjoyed his role as Masato so much, he annually celebrates the 913 Festival every September 13th, as fans would ultimately dub this "Kaixa Day". Murakami did the same for his role on Zyuohger, where Zyuoh Bird
Day would be every August 10th.[1]

- On September 13, 2015, he announced that he would reprise his role as Kaixa in the upcoming video game, Kamen Rider: Battride War Genesis[2] On the same day, he appeared as a guest in a Kamen Rider outdoor stageshow to show off his transformation pose dedicated to his fans.
