Kogoensky (コゴエンスキー, Kogoensukī, 22): A yeti monster hailing from Alaska, USA (though originally from the Sub-Sugir Empire in alliance with Neo Shocker).
Biography[]
A Sub-Sugir God
His plan was to find a suitable host child needed to be sacrificed in order to activate a Sub-Sugir freezing missile. However, the plan failed, and he proceeded to kidnap and imprison a large number of children. He was eventually destroyed by Skyrider's Sky Kick.
Revivals[]
He was later revived as part of the Second Generation Cyborg Corps (改造人間二世部隊, Kaizō Ningen Nisei Butai, movie). They were destroyed by the 7 Riders. He was also resurrected as part of Kaijin the Second Generation Corps (怪人二世部隊, Kaijin Nisei Butai, 27 & 28). They wore yellow scarves and were destroyed by the 7 Riders.
Abilities[]
He can attack using icebreath and throwing icicles that not only immobilize but explode. On one occasion, one of the icicles he brandishes accidentally enlodges itself into his left eye. Not only does it cause excruciating pain but removing it releases the cold energy that gives him his powers. His Ari Commandos can wield and throw his icicles as well.
