Kitchen ICHINOSE[2] (キッチンいちのせ, Kitchin Ichinose) is a teishoku restaurant single-handedly managed by Tamami Ichinose.
History[]
The restaurant was originally founded by Mr. Ichinose, who was fulfilling his dream of opening such an establishment and served customers with his wife and son. He eventually became enamored with the idea to travel the world and suddenly left his family and left the restaurant in the care of Tamami. Despite her husband leaving her to manage Kitchen ICHINOSE and raise her son by herself, Tamami doesn’t harbor any negative feelings towards him as it would be wrong to prevent someone from chasing their dreams.[Pursuit, Alchemy, Skebows!]

- Kitchen ICHINOSE's location, Erikusa (襟草) is a play on the word "elixir" (エリクサー, Erikusā), which in European alchemical tradition, the elixir of life is closely related to the creation of the philosopher's stone.
