Kirito Asari (浅利 切人, Asari Kirito) was a former participant in the Desire Grand Prix who led the Gang Riders as Kamen Rider Turbon (仮面ライダーターボン, Kamen Raidā Tābon) before being overthrown by Keiwa Sakurai.
History
Background
Kirito was once a player of the Desire Grand Prix, and participated in a game alongside Ace Ukiyo. Unfortunately for Kirito, he was killed in the game.
Genesis Arc
After he was revived due to Keiwa Sakurai's desire, he immediately founded the Gang Riders and quickly wrecked havoc across the city, killing Keiwa's family as well as many other civilian lives in the process. After fighting Buffa for a while and recognizing Geats, Kirito and his gang retreated. Later on, he wrecks the police station to free all the convicts, including Kousei Kurama. As he recognized Kousei, he attempts to force the latter to pay a bailing fee, only for Kousei to refuse. Kirito was later ambushed by Kousei's daughter Neon with a fire extinguisher, and the two escaped.
Eventually, Kirito's reign quickly ended, and was defeated by an enraged Keiwa. Transforming to fight him, Kirito would be instantly defeated by Keiwa, and the Gang Riders are subsequently taken over by him due to Kekera's interference. However, after Ace undoes Keiwa's wish and resets the world, Kirito was promptly brought back to being dead and the Gangs Riders are also gone.
Personality
Kirito is easily to be described as a common head gangster of a low class criminal. He has no qualm killing innocents along with destroying and stealing everything he wants, completely remorseless with him only cares about how much bodycounts can he get, dismissing Keiwa Sakurai's protests about his family being his victims. However, Kirito holds a large arrogance, believing he could easily defeat those he deems as easy targets like Keiwa, though he was instantly defeated, while against someone he knows as formidable, like Ace Ukiyo, he instantly flees from his rampage when he recognizes him.

Entry Form (エントリーフォーム, Entorī Fōmu), also known as Entry Raise Form (エントリーレイズフォーム, Entorī Reizu Fōmu), is Turbon's base suit accessed through the sole usage of the Turbon Core ID.
Entry Form consists of the following parts:
- Turbon Head (ターボンヘッド, Tābon Heddo): The head.
- Turbon Crest Gear (ターボンクレストギア, Tābon Kuresuto Gia): The head-mounted device. It expands the player's head functions and protects the head with lightweight yet extremely strong composite armor. With a shape that symbolizes the Rider's crest on the ID Core, it also functions as a visual aid to increase Turbon's visibility.
- Turbon Ear (ターボンイヤー, Tābon Iyā): The ears.
- Turbon Eye (ターボンアイ, Tābon Ai): The compound eyes. The visual information obtained here is transmitted via an internal display, protecting the player's eyes from intense light such as explosions that suddenly occur during a game. In addition, their high night vision capability enables targets hidden in the dark to be uncovered.
- Audit Signal (オーディットシグナル, Ōditto Shigunaru): The inspection device. By constantly monitoring the Kamen Rider's condition, it diagnoses the continuity of transformation based on operating efficiency, damage, etc., and cancels the transformation if necessary.
- Blank Crusher (ブランククラッシャー, Buranku Kurasshā): The mouth section. The voice chat function enables clear conversations even with loud noise, allowing communication between Kamen Riders during cooperative play, etc.
- Desire Basic (デザイアベーシック, Dezaia Bēshikku): The suit-type gaming device. Using energy supplied from the Desire Driver, it raises the output of the player's physical abilities.
- Progressive Arm (プログレッシブアーム, Puroguresshibu Āmu): Entry Form's arms. They produce enough power to defeat the Jyamato by increasing the player's arm strength. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Glove (エントリーグローブ, Entorī Gurōbu): Entry Form's gloves. They can be configured for high sensitivity to perform more delicate work than can be done with bare hands. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.
- Progressive Leg (プログレッシブレッグ, Puroguresshibu Reggu): Entry Form's legs. They increase the player's leg strength to raise the game's survival rate. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Boots (エントリーブーツ, Entorī Būtsu): Entry Form's boots. They boast excellent jumping power and running performance on the game field. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.

Armed Chain Array (アームドチェーンアレイ, Āmudo Chēn Arei) is Turbon's form accessed by using the Chain Array Buckle on the right-hand slot of the Desire Driver.
Armed Chain Array adds the following parts:
- Armed Turbon Head (アームドメリーヘッド, Āmudo Tābon Heddo): The head. Vision is enhanced by the Armed equipment.
- Armed Bright Eye (アームドブライトアイ, Āmudo Buraito Ai): The compound eyes. In addition to the normal visual functions, they are optimized for the operation of the expansion armament that each Armed equipment carries.
- Shoulder Shell (ショルダーシェル, Shorudā Sheru): The right shoulder armor. The strong armor protects the Kamen Rider's right shoulder.
- Orange Overplate (オレンジオーバープレート, Orenji Ōbāpurēto): The chest expansion equipment. It grants the player fighting techniques using the Raise Chain Array.

- Kirito Asari is portrayed by Satoshi Uekiya (うえきや サトシ, Uekiya Satoshi). As Kamen Rider Turbon, his suit actor is Yukimasa Ono (尾野 透雅, Ono Yukimasa).
Etymology
Turbon's name is derived by rearranging part of Botanniku (牡丹肉), the Japanese word for meat from a wild boar.[3]
Notes
- Turbon's helmet is retooled from Kamen Rider Hakubi which is retooled from Kamen Rider Mary/Letter. The base helmet is also identical to Kamen Rider Brali's helmet, with the exception of the tusks and different ears.
