Mortally wounded, Ken Ashihara dies for the first time.

He is a young man with knowledge of various firearms. He was a former military firearms expert before he was killed in a gunfight, leaving behind a family. He has a habit of proclaiming "Game start" when beginning combat.

Game over!

Ken about to execute his finishing move.

Otherwise, he might say "Game over". He fights Kamen Rider Accel on several occasions both in and out of Dopant form (even defeating Terui once, by saying "Time up") before being defeated by Accel Trial's Machine Gun Spike Maximum Drive. Ken got the Trigger Memory and plugged to his hand just like the Gene Dopant.

Abilities

As a member of NEVER, he is an expert marksman of the group, armed with a machine gun.

Behind the scenes

Portrayal

Ken Ashihara is portrayed by Masayuki Deai (出合 正幸, Deai Masayuki).[1] He previously portrayed Eiji Takaoka/Bouken SilverIcon-crosswiki in GoGo Sentai BoukengerIcon-crosswiki. In Kamen Rider W Returns: Kamen Rider Eternal, Ken said "Good job" with a thumbs up, which is a nod to BoukengersIcon-crosswiki's signification. As the Trigger Dopant, his suit actor is Norihito Itō (伊藤 教人, Itō Norihito).

Notes

  • His line before turning into a Dopant is the same as what would be Nico Saiba's pre-transformation line.
