A Worm (Chrysalis) mimicked Keiko Kobayashi (小林 恵子, Kobayashi Keiko)'s appearance to replace her at Seika School.
History[]
Background[]
Since the general director of Seika School has been colluding with a group of Worms for 7 years, they have used the ghost story of "cursed mirror" to lure students to the make a wish towards the mirror, and then let the Worms for mimic and replace the students who have visited there, relying on the Worms' ability to mimic the students to change the school's reputation. Keiko Kobayashi is also heard of the ghost story created by general director.
Sometimes later, due to Keiko was too desperate when seeing her academic performance, she made a wish to towards the "cursed mirror", she wishes that let her becoming first in the next exam. Meanwhile, a Worm hidden behind the mirror, mimicked and attacked Keiko afterwards. She also followed Keiko's wish to replace her for the exam.
Pretending as Keiko Kobayashi[]
In a later mock exam, the Worm as Keiko's appearance, achieved the top ranking, just as the real Keiko had wished. However, she ignored Soji Tendo, who offered her a yakisoba bread as reward for her getting first place. The action leads Tendo to feel uneasy, as he had interacted with the real Keiko.
Atfer that, while Mimicked Keiko was studying alone in the classroom, the school's general director visited her, hope her keep up this way and getting first place in the national mock exam. While Mimicked Keiko replied with it is easy for done. Tendo had been watching this Keiko's behavior and was curious about her change. By overheard them, their conversation giving Tendou a hint that helped him deduce the general plot.
Later, when the general director's misdeeds were exposed by Soji Tendo, Mimicked Keiko alongside Mimicked Aota, appeared in front of Shun Kageyama, based on memories of the real Keiko had met Kageyama before. When So Yaguruma approaches, two Worms transformed into their original Chrysalis form to challenging against Kamen Rider KickHopper and Kamen Rider PunchHopper transformed by Yaguruma and Kageyama. However, they're unmatch to the Kamen Riders, soon after destroyed by their finisher attacks.
Personality[]
Although this Worm inherited Keiko Kobayashi's memory and personality, due to the conditions reached with the school's general director, she did not hide her superior abilities as a Worm, and her academic performance in exams was better than the real Keiko Kobayashi.
She also obeyed the general director's orders very well. However, because of this Worm doesn't care about anything other than exams, Tendo, who had promised with the real Keiko to reward her with yakisoba bread if she get the first place in exam, was ignored by Mimicked Keiko. The action made Tendo realize the odd point, in addition, the conversation between her and the general director made Tendo further understand the school's secrets, which led to the ultimate failure of their plan.

Powers and Abilities:
- Human Mimicry: Like all Worms, they can take the form of any human they see, duplicating their memories as well.
- Superhuman Intellect: Although the real Keiko Kobayashi's academic performance is not very good, however as a Worm, Mimicked Keiko seems to be able to surpass humans in this aspect. Mimicked Keiko was able to get the first place in the mock exam to prove this.
