The Keibi Riders (警備隊ライダー, Keibitai Raidā) are a group of Desire Grand Prix soldiers. Most of them were hacked by Kamen Rider Glare and transformed into GM Riders (GMライダー, Jīemu Raidā).
History[]
The Keibi Riders are an army of mass-produced Kamen Riders that serve as Desire Grand Prix's armed forces and led by Kazuki Mashima. They are tasked to deal with participants who violate the rules of the tournament. Win Hareruya was assigned to work for the Keibi Riders after becoming a staff member of the management.
However, as Mashima grew dissatisfied for not having his wishes granted, he led his men to stage a coup d'état against Girori. After Win became Kamen Rider PunkJack to fend them off, Girori changed into Kamen Rider Glare and had all the Keibi Riders converted into becoming GM Riders.

Entry Form (エントリーフォーム, Entorī Fōmu), also known as Entry Raise Form (エントリーレイズフォーム, Entorī Reizu Fōmu), is the base suit of the Keibi Riders, accessed through the sole usage of a Rider Core ID.
Entry Form consists of the following parts:
- Keibi Rider Head (警備隊ライダーヘッド, Keibitai Raidā Heddo)[1]
- Blank Crusher (ブランククラッシャー, Buranku Kurasshā): The mouth section. The voice chat function enables clear conversations even with loud noise, allowing communication between Kamen Riders during cooperative play, etc.
- Desire Basic (デザイアベーシック, Dezaia Bēshikku): The suit-type gaming device. Using energy supplied from the Desire Driver, it raises the output of the player's physical abilities.
- Progressive Arm (プログレッシブアーム, Puroguresshibu Āmu): Entry Form's arms. They produce enough power to defeat the Jyamato by increasing the player's arm strength. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Glove (エントリーグローブ, Entorī Gurōbu): Entry Form's gloves. They can be configured for high sensitivity to perform more delicate work than can be done with bare hands. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.
- Progressive Leg (プログレッシブレッグ, Puroguresshibu Reggu): Entry Form's legs. They increase the player's leg strength to raise the game's survival rate. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Boots (エントリーブーツ, Entorī Būtsu): Entry Form's boots. They boast excellent jumping power and running performance on the game field. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.

Etymology[]
- The Keibi Rider's derive their name from the Japanese term 警備 (Keibi) which translates as "security" or "vigilance".

- The Keibi Riders' helmets use all black variants of Glare's Hypnorays, with the addition of a red sleeve accessory on the right arm.
