Kazuki Mashima (真島 一樹, Mashima Kazuki) is the captain of the guard serving under the Desire Grand Prix who transforms into a Keibi Rider (警備隊ライダー, Keibitai Raidā). After being hacked by Kamen Rider Glare, he was forcibly transformed into a GM Rider (GMライダー, Jīemu Raidā).
History[]
Kazuki Mashima is the captain of the Keibi Riders under the Desire Grand Prix's military forces, including dealing with participants who violate the rules of the tournament. He was also the commanding officer of Win Hareruya, who was recruited at his grandfather's behest. As he continued to work behind the scenes, Mashima began to feel dissatisfied at not being given the right to fulfill his wishes.
This culminated after the final round of the Desire Grand Prix in the Daybreak arc, when he staged a military coup against Girori. However, because the world Mashima idealized was "a world where he ruled the world", Girori objected because the victims' unfulfilled wishes should be used more meaningfully. As a result, Win transformed into Kamen Rider PunkJack to combat Mashima and his co-conspirators. Then, Girori transformed into Kamen Rider Glare, who used the Hypnorays to brainwash Mashima and the rest of his men into GM Riders.

Entry Form (エントリーフォーム, Entorī Fōmu), also known as Entry Raise Form (エントリーレイズフォーム, Entorī Reizu Fōmu), is the base suit of the Keibi Riders, accessed through the sole usage of a Rider Core ID.
Entry Form consists of the following parts:
- Blank Crusher (ブランククラッシャー, Buranku Kurasshā): The mouth section. The voice chat function enables clear conversations even with loud noise, allowing communication between Kamen Riders during cooperative play, etc.
- Desire Basic (デザイアベーシック, Dezaia Bēshikku): The suit-type gaming device. Using energy supplied from the Desire Driver, it raises the output of the player's physical abilities.
- Progressive Arm (プログレッシブアーム, Puroguresshibu Āmu): Entry Form's arms. They produce enough power to defeat the Jyamato by increasing the player's arm strength. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Glove (エントリーグローブ, Entorī Gurōbu): Entry Form's gloves. They can be configured for high sensitivity to perform more delicate work than can be done with bare hands. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.
- Progressive Leg (プログレッシブレッグ, Puroguresshibu Reggu): Entry Form's legs. They increase the player's leg strength to raise the game's survival rate. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Boots (エントリーブーツ, Entorī Būtsu): Entry Form's boots. They boast excellent jumping power and running performance on the game field. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.
