This version of Kazari (カザリ, Kazari) is the feline Greeed in OOO 10th Kamen Rider Birth: Birth X Secret Birth Story. He is one of the four Greeed who becomes the partner of Hina Izumi as OOO, and is currently possessing the body of Eiji Hino's younger brother.

This form is Kazari in his actual appearance. Here, it seemed that he wears goth-like western/African clothing while retaining his feline motif. In addition to his cheetah-like face, the dreadlocks on his head slightly resembles a lion's mane.
