Katsuya Kobayashi (小林 且弥, Kobayashi Katsuya) is a Japanese actor and film director.
He portrayed Hidenari Oda/Kamen Rider Hercus in Kamen Rider Kabuto: God Speed Love. Alongside Movie exclusive Rider actor Mitsuki Koga (Kamen Rider Ketaros), they did make a guest appearance during the final episode of the series as two people affected by the necklaces that transform people into Natives.
