Katsuhisa Namase (生瀬 勝久 Namase Katsuhisa), formerly known as under the stage name Sansuke Yarimakuri (槍魔栗 三助 Yarimakuri Sansuke), is a Japanese actor who portrayed Junichiro Tokiwa in Kamen Rider Zi-O.


When he was 20, he enrolled in Doshisha University to study sociology. At 22, he entered Kyoto University and joined a theater troupe there under the stage name Sansuke Yarimakuri (槍魔栗 三助 Yarimakuri Sansuke). He graduated from Kyoto U in 1986 and quickly received job offers, but refused them to pursue a career in entertainment.

He first made regular appearances on late-night shows as a comedian while continuing to use his stage name. In 1988, he made his debut drama appearance in the 1988-incarnation of Asadora, this time using his real birth name.

By the 1990s, quit his theater troupe in order to fully expand his opportunities and began appearing in prime-time television. His roles were often positions of high authority, with shared comedy in between.

He made in big in 2010 when he played the main lead in Kenzo Yabe, Lieutenant, and continued to portray the character in various spin-offs for the next four years.

In 2018, he joined the cast of Kamen Rider Zi-O.

He and Mirai Shida voiced the father and daughter duo David and Melissa Shield in the anime film My Hero Academia: Two Heroes.
