Kamen Sentai Gorider (仮面戦隊ゴライダー Kamen Sentai Goraidā, lit. Masked Squadron Gorider) is a web-only spin-off series of the crossover film Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Chou Super Hero TaisenIcon-crosswiki.png, consisting of 3 episodes.

It was released on the Japanese streaming service Video Pass beginning from March 25, 2017, with a new episode released every Saturday.

Five characters who "should not be in this world" have appeared before Emu. These characters are Kamen Riders who have either died or disappeared. The mystery behind their revival is linked both to someone manipulating strings behind the scenes and the "ultimate superhero team" Kamen Sentai Gorider.

to be added

  • Oddly, even though this spin-off seems to be a fusion of Rider and Sentai elements, it presently only comprises a Rider-only cast with no other elements of Super Sentai referenced in it other than the Goriders being modeled after the original Gorengers and Totema being modeled after Black Cross KingIcon-crosswiki.png.
    • Furthermore, even though the name of the miniseries is Kamen Sentai Gorider, the Gorider powers do not play an important part in the storyline, but merely serve as an one-off power-up.
  • While Takayuki Tsubaki had reprised Kamen Rider Blade in a voice only capacity in several recent Kamen Rider Series video games and the film Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3Icon-crosswiki.png (2015), this is the first in the flesh appearance of Kazuma Kenzaki since the endgame arc of Kamen Rider Decade (2009). Tsubaki would ultimately reprise the role in 2019's Kamen Rider Zi-O.
  • Interestingly, four of five returning Riders have alliterative names that start with K (Kiriya Kujo, Kazuma Kenzaki, Kaito Kumon and Kaoru Kino).
  • Each of the returning Riders have their Rider Forms' main colors associated with one of the Gorangers and Goriders: Red (Baron), Blue (Blade), Yellow (Lazer), Pink (Marika) and Green (Another Agito).
  • The Gorider Bazooka is a reuse of the Super Sentai BazookaIcon-crosswiki.png from Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great BattleIcon-crosswiki.png.
  • This is the first appearance of Another Agito since the end of Kamen Rider Agito.
    • The suit of Another Agito is newly made due to the original one being damaged by oxidation and paint corrosion. [1][2]
  • This miniseries is the first writing contribution of Kento Shimoyama to the Kamen Rider franchise. He would later serve as the head writer for Kamen Rider Zi-O.
