The movie Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown introduces a new system, Kamen Rider Yuuki (仮面ライダー幽汽, Kamen Raidā Yūki, lit. "Miasma" or "Ghostrain"), an evil Kamen Rider system used by those who have control over the Ghost Train (幽霊列車, Yūrei Ressha), a skull-faced steam-engine that transcends the world of the dead and the flow of time.

Users

• Shiro - user of the Hijack form.
• Ghost Imagin - user of the Skull form. Has a physical form, but chooses to taunt the Tarōs with Ryotaro's body.
• Ryotaro Nogami - captured and possessed by the Ghost Imagin to act as a shield as well as for the 'poetic justice' of having him wipe out his entire ancestry.

Plat Form (プラットフォーム, Puratto Fōmu) is Yuuki's most basic default form undersuit, which is briefly seen during Yuuki`s transformation sequence before the Aura Armor and the Denkamen facemask attaches.

Skull Form (スカルフォーム, Sukaru Fōmu) is the form of Yuuki that is accessed when Ryotaro Nogami is possessed by the Ghost Imagin. In Skull Form, Yuuki's Full Charge is the Terminate Flash (ターミネイトフラッシュ, Tāmineito Furasshu) using the sword of the Ghost Imagin. As the name and design implies, Skull Form's motif is the skeleton.

Skull Form is composed of the following parts:

• DenKamen (電仮面, Den Kamen, lit. ‘Electric Mask’): The grey and black overall skull-like mask. It is a mask dedicated to Skull Form. The entire mask is covered with countless scars that appear to have been inflicted by past battles.
• O Signal (Oシグナル, O Shigunaru): The green sensor on the forehead, in the skull of the DenKamen's mouth. Allows Yuuki to detect surrounding Imagin.
• Yuuki Rail (幽汽レール, Yūki Rēru): A rail-shaped mold that runs like a scarf around the neck. It has the same shape as the rails on Yuuki’s head, and is used as a track for whenever the DenKamen moves.
• Yuuki Armor (幽汽アーマー, Yūki Āmā): The chestplate. It is made out of Aura Armor (オーラアーマー, Ōra Āmā), and can alleviate 10 tons of impact. Like the DenKamen, it has numerous scars on it.
• Aura Skin (オーラスキン, Ōra Sukin): The bodysuit. It can be considered Yuuki's ‘skin’, and an aura covers it. It has excellent defensive capabilities and reduce currents of 500 volts as well as mage caused by diamond-hard cutting edges.
• Yuuki Gauntlets (幽汽ガントレット, Yūki Gantoretto): The forearm armor that stretches to the back of the hands. They are a type of Aura Armor that allows Yuuki to withstand shocks from executing special attacks.
• Wrist Bangles (リストバングル, Risuto Banguru): Silver bracelets around the wrists. They enhance the energy dissipation effect of the mind and body, improving the secretion of adrenaline, therefore improving athletic ability.
• Yuuki Cuisses (幽汽キュイス, Yūki Kyuisu): The thigh armor. Unlike Kamen Rider Den-O, the color does not change depending on the form.
• Yuuki Poleyns (幽汽ポレイン, Yūki Porein): The knee armor. Increases destructive power of knee kicks.
• Yuuki Greaves (幽汽グリーブ, Yūki Gurību): The shin armor. They are a type of Aura Armor that protects the shins from any attack.
• Ankle Bangles (アンクルバングル, Ankuru Banguru): Silver anklets around the ankles. They have the same effect as the Wrist Bangles.
• Yuuki Sabotons (幽汽サバトン, Yūki Sabaton): The feet. They are a type of Aura Armor that protects the insteps.

Hijack Form (ハイジャックフォーム, Haijakku Fōmu) is the form of Kamen Rider Yuuki that Shiro accesses on his own. Hijack Form has a black and red color scheme, compared to Skull Form's black and gold color scheme, lacking the skull-theme. Hijack Form also performs the Terminate Flash, but does so with his SavageGasher (サヴェジガッシャー, Saveji Gasshā) sword, which is a reconfigured DenGasher.

Hijack Form is composed of the following parts:

• DenKamen (電仮面, Den Kamen, lit. ‘Electric Mask’): The black and red overall mask. It is a mask dedicated to Hijack Form. The entire mask is covered with countless scars that appear to have been inflicted by past battles.

• Yuuki Cuisses (幽汽キュイス, Yūki Kyuisu): The thigh armor. Unlike Kamen Rider Den-O, the color does not change depending on the form.

Like Den-O, by using the Rider Pass (ライダーパス, Raidā Pasu) and the Yuuki Belt (ユウキベルト, Yūki Beruto), G-Ryotaro and Shiro are able to transform into Yuuki.
