A manga was published from April 1975 to January 1976 adapted Kamen Rider Stronger in Adventure King magazine and was illustrated by Mitsuru Sugaya.[1]. There are a couple of differences between the manga and the tv series, notably, Shigeru Jo does not wear rubber gloves to protect those around him from his own electricity, instead his hands still have skin. He doesn't start with his signature transformation pose either due to his hands being less the conduit of his energy. Instead, Tackle gives Shigeru two strands of electric wire, which he then wraps around his wrists from the remaining chapters, by touching the wires together with his fists closed, he transforms into Stronger.
