Episode 1[]
After fighting the Orangutan Deadman, Ikki and Hiromi chase it to Pension Nijitenka where they meet its staff, the proprietor Suzu Saionji, the caretaker Shinzo Hanawa, and maid Misa Himuro. Ikki and Hiromi tells Suzu that a criminal may be masquerading as one of the lodgers, so she agrees to cooperate and gathers all of them into one room, the restauranteur Yasuo Samejima, the writer Taro Gondawara, and Suzu's guitar teacher Naoto Kamiya. Although all of them are informed of the possible Vistamp user, all of them feign ignorance but agree to cooperate. As Ikki continues to discuss with Vice on who the potential suspect may be, they are joined by police officer and ally of Kamen Rider Drive, Genpachiro Otta, who is here on a undercover mission to track down a Roidmude at the establishment. Caretaker Hanwawa then reports that the bridge to the lodging house has been destroyed from the rain. With no way in or out, Ikki attempts to call George Karizaki on the phone for help despite the reception being bad. Suddenly a sound occurs in one of the lodging rooms, and Gondawara is found dead. George, who was actually in Futo City, meets with Ryu Terui.
Episode 2[]
Ryu reveals that he was fighting the Heat Dopant, but what spawned was a Vistamp, not a Gaia Memory, so he asked George to meet him at Shirogane Snack & Cafe. Ryu and George later go to Zawame where they witness Oren Pierre Alfonzo and Hideyasu Jonouchi as Kamen Riders Bravo and Gridon respectively fighting an Inves. They defeat it, but what comes out is a Vistamp, not a Lockseed, and they report that has been a common occurrence lately. After being questioned by Ryu, George realized who may be responsible. At the lodging house, everyone has an alibi during the time Gondawara was murdered. Ikki goes to help Suzu with her work while learning about her past. The Sword Roidmude then attacks, and Hiromi is left injured after defeating it.
Episode 3[]
Otta interrogates Hanawa, who was the Roidmude, while Suzu tends to Hiromi's injuries. After looking at Hanawa's stamp, maid Himuro claimed she saw one in Kamiya's room. With Vice's help, Kamiya is outed as former Faiz-ally Naoya Kaido, who possesses natural Orphnoch transformation abilities. As George takes Ryu to the lab of the one person he knows is responsible, he receives a call from Daiji and Sakura, who are worried that Ikki is in trouble. After reassuring his safety and hanging up, he brings Ryu to the lab of one Shogo Ueshima, who was a researcher for several kaijin groups of past Kamen Rider series. Ueshima was attempting to create a Stamp in a similar matter to when George made the Barid Rex Vistamp, but he died afterwards so his research was somehow being continued by an unknown person. They then discover all that's left for the researched to be completed is the DNA of a native Orphnoch. Whoever the culprit is, their final target is Naoya Kaido.
Episode 4[]
Ikki goes to comfort Suzu, who later tells him that her fiance was killed by a monster, and asks Ikki to fulfill his duty as a Kamen Rider and defeat the Orphnoch. Ikki returns to Otta, who had discovered that Naoya was not using a stamp, but was a natural Orphnoch. As George and Ryu arrive at the lodge, they report that the culprit wants to collect various monster DNA, including one from a natural Orphnoch. With everyone present, Ikki points out Suzu to be responsible for the murders. He had noticed sand nearby Suzu, which was similar to the sand found on Gondawara's body. He also found it suspicious as she knew the term "Orphnoch" before Naoya had even mentioned it, and believes both Suzu and Hanawa premediated Godawara's murder long before they had even found the body. Ryu also points out scientist Ueshima was the mutual "friend" between Suzu and Gondawara, whom the latter sold the stamps of the former to others. After revealing their true colors, Hanawa kidnaps Naoya and escapes with Suzu.
Episode 5[]
Ikki and Ryu give chase and plead with her to stop. Suzu explains her past with Shogo Ueshima, who was her fiance. Like him, she was a fellow scientist who helped him research monster DNA. After he was scouted by Fenix but had his job offer snubbed by George Karizaki, he overworked himself to death and his collapsed body was found by Suzu. After he had passed away, Suzu developed an intense hatred for George and Fenix and continued Shogo's research out of revenge. Ikki, Vice, and Ryu transform into Revice and Accel respectively to fight Suzu's monsters. After an attack by Vice almost hits Suzu, she is protected by Naoya, who had grown a soft spot for her and willingly gives up his DNA for Suzu. After the new stamp was complete, Suzu transforms into a monster. In celebration of Accel's presence, George advices Revice to use Eagle Genome, which was based on Double, while Accel transforms into Accel Trial. They defeat Suzu and destroy her Stamp. As Ryu moves in to arrest her, Ikki tells her to start over for good to make others happy instead. At Happy Spa, Ikki wonders if he did the right thing, and both Otta and Ryu reassure him that from police's point of view, he did. Humorously, Vice soon noticing that Hiromi's has been heavily crying while holding a bouquet. Hiromi then explained that when he confessed to Suzu in private, he's got rejected as Suzu's heart is still with the late Shogo, in which Otta affirms the fact. As Hiromi breaks down in tears, Ikki and Otta tries to comfort him while Terui left and said that since the Oblivian Vistamp get destroyed, the data Suzu had collected is now gone. George replied that he's also quite disappointed by that, although he revealed a sly smile behind Terui's back. In the post credit scene, it's shown that George had been copying Suzu's data in his private USB in discreet.
