Plot

Ikki Igarashi and Vice are busy designing a Magazine for Televi-Kun while his friends and family hang around Happy Spa. Suddenly, a version of George Karizaki appears out of a portal and informs them of an incoming threat. He explains that he is from another dimension where 80% of the population has been turned into dogs by the Ookami Deadman, who will invade their world soon. His world's only Kamen Rider, Ikki, tried to stop the monster but failed since he did not have the power of the Secondary Kamen Rider to utilize the Gold Spino Vistamp. The gang then debates who their secondary Kamen Rider would be, with candidates including Vice, Live, Demon, and Evil. Vice even suggests consulting Kamen Rider Accel, who is the secondary Rider of Double, although the others completely ignore him.

While their discussion goes nowhere, Mr. Bu enters the bathhouse to tell them that the Ookami Deadman is attacking the city. He also reveals that Revi was actually the second Rider, with his father Kamen Rider Vail being the very first. Disappointed by this revelation, Ikki still decides to embrace his role as the secondary Kamen Rider to fight the Deadman by transforming into Gold Spino Genome. Although the Ookami Deadman still has the upper hand at first, Revi turns the tide by eating the tempura bowl created by Vice in his rice cooker form and powering up. Revi destroys the Deadman with a Rider Kick empowered by Kamen Rider 2 and all the victims are returned to normal.

After the A.R. George bids farewell and returns to his world, the original George arrives with the chief editor of Televi-Kun, Hironori Masue. Ikki and Revice deliver to him the finished magazine, in which they have modified their role as the secondary Rider, upsetting the editor in the process. As they talk, three new portals open and three different George Karizaki come out to ask for the power of the tertiary, quaternary, quinary Kamen Riders, respectively, much to the dismay of Ikki.

Notes

  • The fact that only a "Second Rider" can beat the Ookami Deadman (a wolf-themed Deadman), is stemming from Wolf Man being the final antagonist of Kamen Rider 2's lone arc, in the original Kamen Rider TV series.
