Kamen Rider Genms -Smart Brain and the 1000% Crisis- (仮面ライダーゲンムズ-スマートブレインと1000%のクライシス, Kamen Raidā Genmuzu ─ Sumātoburein to Sen-Pāsento no Kuraishisu ─) is a TTFC-exclusive crossover special between Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kamen Rider Zero-One, serving as a sequel to Kamen Rider Genms -The Presidents- and the second entry of the Kamen Rider Outsiders anthology. In the special, Gai's journey to learn more about Genm Corp. has its consequences when he faces a revived Kuroto Dan once again.
Production
On April 1, 2022, the official Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club Twitter announced a new special named "Kamen Rider Lovelica: -LOVE IS ALL-" (仮面ライダーラヴリカ ーLOVE IS ALL―, Kamen Raidā Ravurika -LOVE IS ALL-) which will be released on April 1, 2066, the 50th anniversary year of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. On the next day, April 2, 2022, -Smart Brain and the 1000% Crisis- was officially announced to be a sequel to -The Presidents-.
On April 10, 2022, it was announced that Iwanaga, Sakuragi, and Meadows (now credited as Arai) were to reprise their roles as Kuroto, Gai, and Rin respectively from the previous installment while Kote and Hayami both return to their roles as Ren and the Ark respectively for the first time since Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Trilogy Another Ending Part I: Kamen Rider Brave & Snipe and Episode 41 of Zero-One respectively. Furthermore, an official poster as well as visuals for Kamen Riders' Genm and Thouser's new forms were unveiled.
Synopsis
After overcoming his game illness, Gai Amatsu used the President Progrisekey to have a Humagear learn the duties of the president of Genm Corporation for a certain purpose. As predicted, Kuroto Dan's Bugster Virus infects the Humagear, and Kuroto Dan is revived. Gai tries to tell Kuroto the purpose of his revival, but Kuroto refuses to listen to him at all. In order to achieve his goal, Gai gets a new Driver...

Errors
- It is unknown how Kuroto obtained the Bugvisor, as Gai had to supply him with his Gamer Driver and Gashat.
- Kuroto is holding the Genm Musou Gashat with his fingers when he summons it. However when he flips it upright, there is a shot of him holding it entirely by the hand when he flips the nozzle.
- Gai throws Dan into a pillar, destroying it. However, it remains intact in the next shot.
- When Kuroto was punching Gai, Rin was shown standing behind both of them. In the next shot she disappears, but reappears in the following shot in a different placement.
