Kamen Rider Geats: 4 Aces and the Black Fox (映画 仮面ライダーギーツ 4人のエースと黒狐, Eiga Kamen Raidā Gītsu: Yon-nin no Ēsu to Kuro Gitsune) is a Japanese superhero tokusatsu film that serves as the Summer Movie adaptation of Kamen Rider Geats, double-billed with Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger: Adventure Heaven
. Kamen Rider Gotchard makes an early-bird appearance ahead of his in-series debut.
Production
On March 23, 2023, the film was announced to be in development.[1]
Post Production
On June 4th, 2023, cast members Tsubasa Sakiyama, Hideki Kurauchi, and Rina Onuki were announced to be reprising their roles from the television series. On June 18, 2023, Kan, Sato, Hoshino, Mokudai, and Aoshima were announced to be reprising their roles from the series. On June 25, 2023, it was announced that the shows' theme song artist Shonan no Kaze would perform the film's ending theme, Desire.
On June 30, 2023, Shohei Osada and Lupinranger VS Patranger-star Haruka Kudo were announced to star in the film.[2] Both characters appeared in Episode 45 ahead of their film debuts.
Synopsis
Has the world suddenly split into four? Keiwa Sakurai, Neon Kurama, Michinaga Azuma, and Tsumuri are flung into different worlds. And for some reason, a different Ace exists in each of the four worlds. The cause seems to be from the "World Doomsday Game" started by the staff from the future. In light of this crisis, the mysterious XGeats appears. Just what will happen to Ace and his friends?

Marketing
A teaser trailer along with a poster promoting the film with its accompanying King-Ohger film was released on April 23, 2023, following the broadcast of Episode 32.[4]
On June 3, 2023, a second teaser trailer was released.[5] On June 10, 2023, a third teaser trailer was released, featuring a preview of the film's antagonist Rider.[6] On June 18, 2023, a fourth teaser trailer was released with the catchphrase This disguise.. shall we put it in black and white? (
白黒つけようか、この化かし合いに, Shirokuro tsukeyou ka, kono bakashi ai ni). On June 25, 2023, a fifth teaser trailer was released.[7]
Release
- The film premiered in theaters on July 28, 2023.
- The film was released on DVD/Blu-Ray on November 29, 2023. The Collector's Edition included a booklet titled Original Story Book: 「Who is MELO?」, which depicted Melo's backstory.

- In contrast to most Summer Movies in Kamen Rider, this film is labeled as Eiga (映画) rather than Gekijōban (劇場版).
- Ace nor any of his iterations do not access their primary form, MagnumBoost Form, for the duration of the entire film.
- Mela had appeared as XGeats prior in the series. According to the bonus novel, Who is Melo?, his appearance as XGeats was revealed to be a disguise generated using divine abilities and not counted as actual Rider powers until the events of the film.[10]
- Na-Go and Buffa do not utilize their final forms since the film was produced before the final arc of Geats had been finalized.
- The behind-the-scenes reel revealed that Michinaga accidentally tripped Keiwa while chasing Ace. Meanwhile, Hideyoshi Kan and Ryuga Sato didn't pass up the opportunity to tease Kazuto Mokudai for his role in the mishap.[11]
