The show starts out in the Thailand mountain ranges. Sakuya Tachibana, is lead by a few people in a cave and finds a relief deep within the cave with a '14' engraved in a hole within the relief. The next scene cuts to a raining roadside, which serves as an alternate ending to Kamen Rider Blade. Joker has won the Battle Fight, so the world will be destroyed unless he is sealed. Garren and Leangle have been defeated, so Blade is the last one standing. He eventually seals Joker into a Proper Blank after defeating him with his Lightning Sonic attack and gets knocked unconscious from all of his injuries. 4 years later, two people, Shin Magaki and Natsumi Miwa, visit a fortune teller to discover their own futures. Junichi Shimura, their friend, goes to a mall and finds children donating for money. Seeing that no one cares for them, he helps them by lecturing everyone around that they have to care for those unfortunate people around them, and eventually gets some donations. Natsumi and Shin went to the mall afterwards, and get informed about an Undead attack. Junichi, Natsumi and Shin quickly run to the location of the Undead attack, and transform into Kamen Rider Glaive, Larc, and Lance, the new generation of Kamen Riders. They easily defeat and seal the Squid Undead and walk away as the police rush to the scene. Later that night, Kotarou Shirai, is seen as a pop star, gaining lots of fame after selling his popular book about the adventures of the Kamen Riders 4 years ago. Kazuma Kenzaki, the former Kamen Rider Blade, is now a garbage man. After clearing a lot of rubbish from the area, Kotarou drives nearby and calls Kenzaki, who is delighted to see him after 4 years. They both go to a restaurant to discuss several things that happened, including Amane's birthday, that Kotarou's sister wants to invite everyone. Mutsuki Kamijou, the former Kamen Rider Leangle, goes to a building to get an interview for a job, but the two interviewers fight with each other about who should interview Mutsuki. After a long hassle, Mutsuki goes outside and meets Kenzaki and Kotarou, but he gets very agitated and walks away, as he had a lot of trouble returning to society after being a Kamen Rider. Next, Kenzaki and Kotarou meet up with Shiori, who is going to be a bride. After spending a long time with her, the two are stressed that everyone has changed and just wants to be normal and they did not want to go to Amane's party. They both sit on a bench and relax, but they hear some screams nearby at the mall and discover the Undead have been from their slumber again, among them are the Beetle Undead, Kenzaki's henshin card. Kenzaki tries to attack the Beetle Undead but he gets overpowered. Soon, Glaive, Larc, and Lance arrive to the scene and seal away majority of the Undead, with the Beetle Undead escaping. Kenzaki confronts them but they go away without answering him. At Jaracunda Cafe, Mutsuki, Kenzaki and Kotarou have shown up to prepare for Amane's party when Junichi, Natsumi, and Shin show up to take Kenzaki's Beat Lion card, whom Lance dropped during the battle at the mall. The next scene cuts to a shopping centre. Amane and her two friends, steal lipsticks and are caught by the security guards, but they assault them ruthlessly and escape. Amane is eventually caught by one of the security guards when she tries to leave the centre. Mutsuki, Kotarou and Kenzaki follow Shin, Junichi and Natsumi to their headquarters and meets their chief, Tachibana. Tachibana reveals that 4 years ago, there was a new Undead in the Battle Fight: Albino Joker. When Tachibana and Chief Karasuma were driving away to seal the Undead cards forever, they are attacked by Albino Joker, who kills Karasuma when he tries to flee and unseals around half of the Undead. It was no use telling the others that because Spider Undead and Beetle Undead, who are Leangle and Blade's Category Ace Undead have been unleashed. Kotarou is informed that Amane has been taken by the police, and they went to go to the station. Amane is now very arrogant and rebellious because Hajime has disappeared, making her feel that no one cares for her anymore. She is attacked by some Undead and AlbiRoaches, the Albino Joker's servants, but the other Riders come and seal some of the Undead. Tachibana eventually arrives to the scene and seals the Spider Undead, giving Mutsuki the chance to transform into Leangle once again, with the Beetle Undead escaping. Tachibana shows the team an ancient relief found in the Thailand mountain ranges, which contains a great powerful god, Jashin 14. The survivor of the ancient Battle Royale will be gifted with Jashin 14's power. Human Undead won the ancient Fight but he refused to have Jashin 14 and chose to evolve with his own power. Tachibana tells them that the 4 King Cards can create a Vanity Card, which is the key to obtaining it. However the Riders have difficulty wanting to work with each other and separate. Kenzaki goes to Shiori's and is refused by Shiori to help, but Shiori gives him an Undead Searcher disk as help. Mutsuki and Kenzaki go to Kotarou's new mansion, which he brought from the money made using his book. The three are informed of an Undead sighting, and Kenzaki and Mutsuki rush to the location to find the Beetle Undead. Leangle fights the Undead while the other three Riders arrive. Leangle eventually seals him with his Blizzard Crush attack (without using Bite Cobra). Larc and Lance start to assault Leangle because they feel that he and Kenzaki are disrupting their teamwork. Blade assists Leangle, but Glaive challanges him to a fight. They are interrupted by the Giraffa Undead, who so happens to be one of the Kings. They both chase Giraffa Undead, but Blade is interrupted by the Lizard Undead and seals him after defeating him with the Lightning Sonic combo. Leangle follows Glaive to a tunnel, where he sees Giraffa Undead begging for mercy in Undead Language, which Glaive responds back in and seals the Giraffa Undead. Back at the headquarters, Junichi feels sorry for being antagonistic towards the Riders and decides to work with them, but Mutsuki rejects because he knows he is an Undead because he speaks in their ancient language. Tachibana tells them that Junichi studies ancient language so they are wrong. Shin and Natsumi, on the other hand are still upset to work with the other Riders. At night, Shin walks ou tside the headquarter's grassfield, and is attacked by Tarantula Undead, the final King(It is unknown why Tarantula Undead attacked Shin, as he had a good heart and loves humanity like in the series). Shin transforms into Lance, defeats Tarantula Undead with his Mighty Impact card and seals him. However, Albino Joker shows up and attacks Shin, giving him a slightly unclear visual of Natsumi first. Shin returns to the headquarters and falls from his injuries, giving Natsumi the King Card. When the Riders found him, he was already dead, holding a Fusion Elephant(Category Jack) card. Natsumi goes behing Junichi's back and steals the King Cards from his pocket and smiling evily(This could just be a slight impression to make viewers to think she is Albino Joker), as she also wants Jashin 14. She runs away from the base, but is killed by the Albino Joker and has the King Cards stolen. When she was found dead, she was holding a Tackle Boar(Category 4) card. Back inside, Kenzaki feels that the 2 leftover cards, a Jack and Four, is a suicide message. The next day, Amane is attacked again by AlbiRoaches, but Blade, Leangle, Garren and Glaive fight them off. Shiori figures out the suicide message left behind by Shin and Natsumi, the two cards' categories are initials to Joker's identity. Tachibana escorts Amane to safety and tells her that she is the only one who can revive Jashin 14. Her father, in the Thailand mountain ranges, opened the door to the relief but was killed. In order to revive the power, the life of the one who broke the seal must be given through the Vanity Card. Since Amane's father has died, she is his replacement. Junichi calls Tachibana to help fight the AlbiRoaches, but it was just a distraction to capture Amane. When the others arrive, Junichi tells them to find Tachibana in order to distract them. He reveals himself to be Albino Joker, but the team arrives and knocks him off. Shiori says that the two cards that Natsumi and Shin were holding are initials to Junichi's name: JS. (4 has a 's' sound in Japanese) Junichi transforms into Glaive and summons the AlbiRoaches, but Garren, Leangle, and Blade bust a wall in the tunnel and fight them off. During the battle with Glaive, he drops several cards, including Joker. Leangle unseals Joker with his Remote Tapir card, and Chalice rushes off to save Amane, who has been knocked out by the AlbiRoaches. Blade defeats Glaive with his Jack Form, but he escapes to find Amane and Hajime near a river. Hajime trasforms into the Black Joker and fights Albino Joker, but Albino Joker defeats Hajime and seals Amane in the Vanity Card and escapes. After 4 years, Blade, Garren, Chalice, and Leangle have been united once again, and drive to the headquarters to stop the Albino Joker. By the time they have reached the base, Jashin 14 has been revived. Unable to stop it, Hajime brings Kenzaki to the relief and says that if the life in the Vanity Card dies, Jashin 14 will be weakened. Kenzaki sticks himself out to replace himself with Amane, but Hajime swaps places instead and allows himself to be sacrificed. Kenzaki kills Hajime with his Blay Rouzer, weakening Jashin 14. Blade, Garren and Leangle fight one last time. Garren and Blade transform into Jack Forms, while Leangle uses Chalice's Float Dragonfly Card, and the three fly up to Albino Joker and attack, but they are repelled back. Blade turns into his King Form and chops Jashin 14 into two with his Royal Straight Flush combo, killing Albino Joker along with it. Afterwards, the gang celebrate Amane's birthday party at night. Amane feels that Hajime will always watch after her even if he is not around, because she dreamt that he saved her from the Undead.
