Kamen Rider Agito
Kamen Rider Agito (仮面ライダーアギト, Kamen Raidā Agito) is the second main Kamen Rider in the Heisei era, and the titular protagonist of Kamen Rider Agito. He is an example of a typical Agito, an evolution of humankind brought on by the possession of a Seed of Agito. He transforms using the Alter Ring and rides the Machine Tornador.

Shouichi Tsugami

Forms
Agito's Seed of Agito manifests as the Alter Ring, an esoteric belt enabling transformation into his various forms. Agito and his kind possess limitless potential for evolution, demonstrated as he develops increasingly powerful forms. Two buttons on the waistband of the Alter Ring control Agito's transformations, both being utilized in his initial transformation and evolutions, and singular buttons accessing his specialized Storm and Flame forms.

Ground Form (グランドフォー, Gurando Fōmu) is the first of Agito's numerous forms and the typical form of an Agito. This form harnesses the power of the earth, turning Agito's entire body into a lethal weapon, with bone-crushing blows and crippling locks. Of all of Agito's basic forms, the golden Ground Form is the most balanced, with power, speed and strength working in harmony to make the most of its capabilities.
At its peak, the Cross Horn crest upon his head extends, pushing all of Agito's capabilities to their fullest, channeling power into his legs to execute his Rider Kick (ライダーキック, Raidā Kikku), a jump kick of incredible raw power and force; with a force of 30-tons. Upon the Machine Tornador, Agito can execute the Rider Brake (ライダーブレイク, Raidā Bureiku), jumping off the Machine Tornador at full speed, and Dragon Breath (ドラゴンブレス, Doragon Buresu), which involves ramming the side of the Machine Tornador into the enemy. Ground Form has also been shown to be able to use a Rider Punch (ライダーパンチ, Raidā Panchi).

Storm Form (ストームフォー, Sutōmu Fōmu) is Agito's second form, accessed with the left switch on the Alter Ring, "opening the Blue Dragon's Eye". The blue Storm Form harnesses the power of wind through its left arm, and imparts Agito with supernatural agility and reflexes. The most nimble of Agito's forms, Storm Form maneuvers with such swiftness and cunning that its movements parallel foresight. However, while superior in overall speed and agility, Storm Form is by far the weakest form in terms of power and strength.
This form also carries the Storm Halberd (ストー ハルバード, Sutōmu Harubādo): a folding, twin-bladed pole arm that serves as Agito's primary means of attack while in Storm Form.
Storm Form's finisher is the Halberd Spin (ハルバードスピン, Harubādo Supin), whipping up a powerful gale by twirling the open Storm Halberd at rapid speeds, blowing away everything in the general vicinity, and gaining swing-momentum for a finishing strike. Riding the Machine Tornador, Storm Form's finisher is the Halberd Brake (ハルバードブレイク, Harbādo Bureiku).

Flame Form (フレイムフォー, Fureimu Fōmu) is Agito's third form, accessed using the right switch on the Alter Ring, "opening the Red Dragon's Eye". The searing power of flame flows through its right arm and blesses Agito with incredible strength. Aside from its apparent superiority in the areas of power and defense, the Flame Form possesses phenomenal heightened senses; his senses have increased to point where an enemy's presence - whether distant, hidden, and/or invisible to the naked eye - can be detected with frightening precision.
Flame Form wields the Flame Saber (フレイ セイバー, Fureimu Seibā), using it in his Saber Slash (セイバースラッシュ, Seibā Surasshu) attack which reduces anything he slices to ashes, or the stronger Double Saber Slash (ダブルセイバースラッシュ, Daburu Seibā Surasshu) with an additional Flame Saber to deliver a double saber-stroke attack. With the Machine Tornador, Flame Form is able to perform the Saber Brake (セイバーブレイク, Seibā Bureiku).

Trinity Form (トリニティフォー, Toriniti Fōmu) is Agito's first true upgrade accessed when Shouichi Tsugami briefly recovered his memory, combining the power of all of Agito's basic forms. This form, a combination of Ground, Storm, and Flame, harnesses the strongest qualities of Agito's powers and execute the forms' finishing attacks. In this form, Agito can wield both the Storm Halberd and the Flame Saber. Unfortunately, when Shouichi once again loses his memory, the power of the Trinity Form is sealed away.
Trinity Form's finishers are the Fire Storm Attack (ファイヤーストー アタック, Faiyā Sutōmu Atakku), using both the Storm Halberd and Flame Saber in one decisive strike, and the Rider Shoot (ライダーシュート, Raidā Shūto), a powerful drop kick attack infused with the powers of Storm and Flame Form.

Burning Form (バーニングフォー, Bāningu Fōmu), known as "the power awakening to infinite possibilities", is Agito's super form born when Shouichi learns to channel his fighting spirit into power. Its incredible power is difficult to control and hard on the body of those who transform into it, incapacitating Shouichi before he mastered it.
Burning Form amplifies and translates Agito's fury into power; thus the greater his rage, the more powerful the Burning Form became, as seen in his Burning Rider Punch (バーニングライダーパンチ, Bāningu Raidā Panchi) attack. Burning Form's power summons the Shining Caliber (シャイニングカリバー, Shainingu Karibā), a dual-bladed weapon with two modes: Single Mode (シングルモード, Shinguru Mōdo), as a dual-blade sword, and Twin Mode (ツインモード, Tsuin Mōdo), as paired blades. Burning Form exclusively uses Single Mode for his Burning Bomber (バーニングボンバー, Bāningu Bonbā), cutting down the enemy with lethal blazing strokes.
While Burning Form possesses great power, it is the slowest of Agito's forms.

Shining Form (シャイニングフォー, Shainingu Fōmu), entitled the "evolution of infinite possibilities," is Agito's final form awoken by the light of the sun. It is an evolution unlike anything ever anticipated by the OverLord, born when Shouichi molts after having mastered the power of Burning Form. Although the power of his fists remain unchanged, all of his other attributes are pushed to their peak, making Shining Form Agito's greatest form.
In Shining Form, Agito wields the Shining Caliber in Twin Mode (ツインモード, Tsuin Mōdo) as paired blades for his high-speed Shining Clash (シャイニングクラッシュ, Shainingu Kurasshu) attack. His final attack is the Shining Rider Kick (シャイニングライダーキック, Shainingu Raidā Kikku), accelerating to supersonic speeds as he executes a more powerful version of Ground Form's Rider Kick, piercing his enemy with extreme force. In Movie War 2010, it was shown that Shining Form can also perform the Shining Rider Punch (シャイニングラライダーパンチ, Shainingu Raidā Panchi).

Agito Tornador

Using the Final FormRide: Agito Card, Decade can transform Agito into the Agito Tornador (アギトトルネイダー, Agito Toruneidā), a hoverboard similar to the Machine Tornador's Slider Mode.
On the Agito Tornador, Decade uses the Final AttackRide: Agito Card to perform a slash attack with the Ride Booker in Sword Mode, called the Decade Tornado (ディケイドトルネード, Dikeido Torunēdo), similar to Agito Flame Form's Saber Brake Slash.

Mirage Agito

Shouichi Maguichi becomes Mirage Agito (ミラージュアギト, Mirāju Agito). Visually, he resembles a white colored Kamen Rider Agito Shining Form with an extended left horn and a small cape extending from his left shoulder. This form boasts extraordinary physical prowess, enough to overwhelm Agito Shining Form and Kamen Rider Exceed Gills. However, Maguichi is the only Agito to use this form.

The Rider Cards used by Decade to access the power of past Kamen Riders include an array of Agito-based cards for different forms and functions.
- KamenRide: Agito (カメンライド・アギト, Kamen Raido: Agito): Transforms Decade into Agito Ground Form. Can also be used by Diend to summon Agito.
- FomRide: Agito Storm (フォームライド・アギトストーム, Fōmu Raido: Agito Sutōmu): Transforms Decade into Agito Storm Form, wielding the Storm Halberd.
- FormRide: Agito Flame (フォームライド・アギトフレイム, Fōmu Raido: Agito Fureimu): Transforms Decade into Agito Flame Form, wielding the Flame Saber.
- Final FormRide: Agito Tornador (ファイナルフォームライド・アギトトルネイダー, Fainaru Fōmu Raido: Agito Toruneidā): Transforms Agito into the Agito Tornador, a form similar to the Machine Tornador's Slider Mode which can be ridden by Decade.
- Final AttackRide: Agito (ファイナルアタックライド・アギト, Fainaru Atakku Raido: Agito): On the Agito Tornador, Decade executes a slashing attack called the Decade Tornado, similar to Agito's Saber Brake Slash. While transformed into Agito, Decade can use this card to execute Agito's Rider Kick.
- Final KamenRide: Agito Shining (ファイナルカメンライド・アギトシャイニング, Fainaru Kamen Raido: Agito Shainingu): This card adorns the chest of Decade's Complete Form when he uses the K-Touch to summon Agito Shining Form.

Demonstrated exclusively in Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing, the Agito Switch (アギトスイッチ, Agito Suitchi) is a Triangle Astroswitch that arms Fourze with the Agito Module (アギトモジュール, Agito Mojūru) on his left leg, allowing him to perform Agito's Rider Kick.
The Agito Ring (アギトリング, Agito Ringu) summons the original Agito himself.
Nominally used by Zangetsu Shin, the Agito Lockseed (アギトロックシード, Agito Rokkushīdo) is used in the Sengoku Driver or Genesis Driver to access Agito Arms. Its finishers are based on Agito's forms:
- Squash: "Flame Form!" (フレイム フォーム！, Fureimu Fōmu!)
- Au Lait: "Storm Form!" (ストー ムフォーム！, Sutōmu Fōmu!)
- Sparking: "Trinity Form!" (トリニティフォーム！, Toriniti Fōmu!)
Based on the Machine Tornador, the Signal Legend Agito Bike (シグナルレジェンドアギトバイク, Shigunaru Rejendo Agito Baiku) allows Mach to activate the Kourin Signal, Legend (レジェーンド, Rejēndo). When used in the DX Drive Driver, it gives the sound for a Tire Exchange into Drive: Agito (ドライブ・アギト, Doraibu - Agito).
Primarily used by Specter, the Agito Ghost Eyecon (アギトゴースト眼魂, Agito Gōsuto Aikon) is used in the Ghost Driver to access Agito Damashii. It is only used in Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing.
Primarily used by Genm, the Agito of the Sun Gashat (太陽のアギトガシャット, Taiyō no Agito Gashatto) is used in the Gamer Driver to access Agito Gamer Levels 1 and 2. It is only used in Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing.
Primarily used by Zi-O, the Agito Ridewatch (アギトライドウォッチ, Agito Raido Wotchi) can be inserted into the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver to access AgitoArmor.

- Notably, the S.I.C. Hero Saga side story Kamen Rider Agito: Heaven's Door has a chapter entitled "The Alpha and the Omega" (ΑにしてΩ, Arufa ni shite Omega). This confirms "AGITΩ" as being spelled using the Greek letters alpha (A) and omega (Ω), which are the first and the last letters of the Greek alphabet respectively. This is befitting considering the nature of Agito over the course of the series, to either begin a new age of humanity, or to mark the end of humanity itself.
- Agito is the first Kamen Rider to have gold as his main color in his base form.
- Agito is the first Heisei Kamen Rider who can't transform into his final rider form (Shining Form) on his own; he needs sunlight to power up from Burning Form.
- Although Agito is the "perfect" form of an Agito, he doesn't display any psychokinetic/telekinetic abilities like others developing the power of their Seed of Agito. The only ability he displays besides transforming is the ability to feel the presence of the Lords when they are attacking or nearby.
- Agito's Burning Form is similar to Kamen Rider Gaim's Kachidoki Arms: Both are super forms, and are required to be shed/broken off in order to access the power of the final form.
- While likely a coincidence, Agito's Burning and Shining forms share elements with the Dragon's Eye forms:
- Burning Form's shoulders lack frills like Storm Form, while using the Shining Caliber like the Storm Halberd.
- Shining Form's shoulder's frills are accentuated like Flame Form, while the Shining Caliber is used in the same manner as the Flame Saber.
- The nature of both Burning Form and Shining form representing the evolution of Agito to higher levels of power is exemplified by the crest in both forms always appearing open in the same manner as Ground Form's crest opening to represent being at full power in base form.
