Kamen Rider 3 (仮面ライダー3号, Kamen Raidā Sangō) is a rider created by Shocker. He however chose to fight alongside Kamen Rider 1 and Rider 2.
History[]
In order to defeat their long enemy Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider 2, Shocker decided to create a new Kamen Rider, Rider 3. Upon the rollout of Rider 3, General Black then ordered the new Ghost Shocker Monster Ganikoumoru to battle with the new Kamen Rider 3 to test their abilities.
Ganikoumoru flied up and then rushed to Rider 3. Riding on his own bike, Rider 3 activated the jet booster on the tail of the bike and dashed, detroyed Ganikoumoru with Rider Cyclone Kick. Rider 3 then declared his will to fight against Shocker together with Rider 1 and Rider 2, and left with his bike, ignoring the shout of General Black in behind.

The suit which resembles Kamen Rider 1 but with added red lines and a black-colored mask.
The finisher is Rider Cyclone Kick (ライダーサイクロンキック, Raidā Saikuron Kikku), where he leaps up from his bike and does a spinning kick, while still grabbing onto the handles of the New Cyclone.
