The Jyamato Grand Prix (ジャマトグランプリ,Jamato Guran Puri) is a reformatted edition of the Desire Grand Prix where the Jyamato compete as players against the Kamen Riders for survival, with the victor being the first who claims Niramu's Vision Driver being granted the title "Jyamashin" (ジャマ神,Jamashin, lit. Jyamato God) and having their ideal world be granted by the Evil Goddess.
The Jyamato Grand Prix was created by Beroba after stealing the Vision Driver from Chirami. She was able to hijack the Desire Grand Prix and held a tournament for the Jyamato. To create her ideal world, Beroba sought after Niramu's Vision Driver as a means to an end and declared him to be the final boss of the game. Since the Jyamato are the main characters, the roles between the player and the enemy character are now reversed.

Results: The Rook Jyamato is defeated by Kamen Rider Tycoon, though he is later sacrificed to the Evil Goddess by Buffa. Geats and Gazer would also be sacrificed to the Evil Goddess thanks to Buffa's tactic to pit them against each other using Mitsume's truth as a bait. With Niramu's Vision Driver at hand, Buffa successfully becomes the Jyamashin and restarts the Desire Royale.
