Joe the Haze (霞のジョー, Kasumi no Jō) is an ally of Kohtaro Minami in the World of Black RX. Within the World of Black RX, Tsukasa Kadoya originally wore a set of clothes that had him mistaken for Joe the Haze by Kotaro and the Crisis Empire. ^{[RX! Dai-Shocker Attack]} Meeting the Kohtaro Minami from the World of Black, Tsukasa learned that Joe the Haze ended up in his world and had been helping him fend off Dai-Shocker's endless army. After fighting with Black RX and Black, Tsukasa revealed to the former Kohtaro that Joe was aiding his other self. Learning of Joe's fate, Kohtaro was not saddened as his friend would be with him in spirit. ^{[Black × Black RX]}
