Jo Onodera (小野寺 丈, Onodera Jō) is the son of Kamen Rider Series creator Shotaro Ishinomori. He played Goro in Kamen Rider Black RX, and voiced Black RX himself in the Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Kumo Otoko OVA movie. Previously, he co-hosted the TV special This is Kamen Rider Black with Michiko Enokida, in which he interviewed his father Shotaro Ishinomori.
Jo Onodera also has a very special contribution to the Kamen Rider franchise, which is that he is the one who chose the grasshopper motif design of Kamen Rider 1 and persume the televison network Mainichi Broadcasting System staff, led to the legacy of Kamen Rider Series we saw today.
