Joe Onodera (小野寺 丈, Onodera Jō) is an actor and writer who is the elder son of Kamen Rider Series creator Shotaro Ishinomori. He played Goro in Kamen Rider Black RX, and voiced Black RX himself in the Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Man Spider OVA movie.

Previously, he co-hosted the TV special This is Kamen Rider Black with Michiko Enokida, in which he interviewed his father Shotaro Ishinomori. He and Jun'ichi Miyashita cowrote Shin Kamen Rider: Prologue. Onodera also had a very special contribution to the Kamen Rider franchise, which is that he is the one who chose the grasshopper motif design of Kamen Rider 1 and persuade the television network Mainichi Broadcasting System staff, led to the legacy of the Kamen Rider Series as it is today.

Onodera has appeared in various other tokusatsu productions, though he is most notable for his role as Tsutomu NakajimaIcon-crosswiki in Ultraman DynaIcon-crosswiki.

In 2021, he assumed the current stage name of Joe ().[1]

His son Seiru appeared in Kamen Rider Zero-One as a young Gai Amatsu.
