Jigoku Taishi!! The Terrifying True Form? (地獄大使！！恐怖の正体？, Jigoku Taishi!! Kyōfu no Shōtai?) is the seventy-ninth episode of the original Kamen Rider series. It featured Kamen Rider's showdown with Jigoku Taishi, who reveals his true cyborg form, Garagaranda. The demise of Jigoku Taishi would lead to the destruction of Shocker as we know it and the subsequent surfacing of Gel Shocker, which would serve as the enemy for the remainder of the series.

Kamen Rider receives an anonymous tip that lets him thwart Shocker's plan to poison a reservoir. The Leader accuses Hell's Ambassador of being the traitor, and invites Hongou to witness his execution.
