Ittetsu Tanba (丹波 一徹, Tanba Ittetsu) is an elderly man who participated in the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Keilow (仮面ライダーケイロウ, Kamen Raidā Keirou).
History
Conspiracy Arc
Ittetsu Tanba was chosen by Tsumuri as a Kamen Rider in the Third Onscreen Desire Grand Prix, the man desiring to become younger. In the first round, he teamed up with Michinaga Azuma and Yukie Yaginuma to protect the flag from the Kaizoku Jyamato. He retrieved the Zombie Buckle, however Michinaga quickly traded it in exchange for the Ninja Buckle.
Despite transforming, he becomes terrified and unable to fight. During the second phase, Tanba watched as Yukie was killed by the Kaizoku Jyamato and the Ninja Buckle was confiscated by Buffa. He ends up using the Propeller Buckle that was dropped from Yukie. Despite his fears, Neon Kurama arrived to participate in the battle. Inspired by Na-Go, he bravely confronted the Jyamato and managed to survive.
Heading into the Labyrinth Escape Game, the players' objective is to safely escort the Jyamar Area with their civilian partner. Tanba was entrusted to guard Keiwa Sakurai, but due to his age, he couldn't fight as much and Keiwa ends up protecting him instead. While leading the civilians to safety, Tanba tries to sacrifice himself to keep them safe. While guarded by Keiwa, Tanba admitted he is still an old man who couldn't let young people die before him.
Although he was taken to safety, Ace Ukiyo decided to let Keiwa regain his memories as Tycoon. Since Tanba was in no good condition to fight, the Game Master agreed Keiwa to join the Desire Grand Prix once Tanba consents to transfer his right to participate. After the players and the civilian escaped the Jyamar Area, Tanba entrusted everything to Keiwa and retired from the competition, thus returning to a normal life.
Kamen Rider Geats: 4 Aces and the Black Fox
Sometime after Ace had become the new administrator of the Desire Grand Prix, Ittetsu was revived and had his memories restored. He appeared after Ace of Heart had shown immense courage to fight in spite of his weakness, and encouraged the young man to fight.
Keilow meets Gotchard
Later, with the Jyamato running rampant, Ittetsu transformed into Keilow to fight them. In the process, he is assisted by Kamen Rider Gotchard, who initially took Keilow as an enemy by mistake. After taking out the Jyamato, Gotchard left the old man with a blank Ride Chemy Card as an apology. After the world's destruction by Mela and Melo, the card stayed intact and found its way to Ace, who transformed into Geats Oneness.
After the world was saved, Ittetsu was amongst Ace's friends and joined alongside the banter. He later watched Win Hareruya perform on the streets.
Personality
Ittetsu is a calm but cheerful, initially his inexperience as a Rider and fear to die, lead to him to panic in combat situation. But as being influenced by the younger Riders' confidence, he become more bold and decisive. He shows a predisposition to cheer others when they are down or show doubts.

Entry Form (エントリーフォーム, Entorī Fōmu), also known as Entry Raise Form (エントリーレイズフォーム, Entorī Reizu Fōmu), is Keilow's base suit, accessed through the sole usage of the Keilow Core ID.
Entry Form consists of the following parts:
- Keilow Head (ケイロウヘッド, Keirou Heddo): The head.
- Keilow Crest Gear (ケイロウクレストギア, Keirou Kuresuto Gia): Keilow's head-mounted device. It expands the player's head functions and protects the head with lightweight yet extremely strong composite armor. With a shape that symbolizes the Rider's crest on the ID Core, it also functions as a visual aid to increase Keilow's visibility.
- Keilow Brow (ケイロウブロウ, Keirou Burou): Keilow's eyebrows. It is responsible for stabilizing three-dimensional behavior in the air by performing attitude control during flight, jumping, etc.
- Keilow Eye (ケイロウアイ, Keirou Ai): Keilow's compound eyes. The visual information obtained here is transmitted via an internal display, protecting the player's eyes from intense light such as explosions that suddenly occur during a game.
- Audit Signal (オーディットシグナル, Ōditto Shigunaru): Keilow's inspection device. By constantly monitoring the Kamen Rider's condition, it diagnoses the continuity of transformation based on operating efficiency, damage, etc., and cancels the transformation if necessary.
- Blank Crusher (ブランククラッシャー, Buranku Kurasshā): Keilow's mouth section. The voice chat function enables clear conversations even with loud noise, allowing communication between Kamen Riders during cooperative play, etc.
- Desire Basic (デザイアベーシック, Dezaia Bēshikku): The suit-type gaming device. Using energy supplied from the Desire Driver, it raises the output of the player's physical abilities.
- Progressive Arm (プログレッシブアーム, Puroguresshibu Āmu): Entry Form's arms. They produce enough power to defeat the Jyamato by increasing the player's arm strength. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Glove (エントリーグローブ, Entorī Gurōbu): Entry Form's gloves. They can be configured for high sensitivity to perform more delicate work than can be done with bare hands. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.
- Progressive Leg (プログレッシブレッグ, Puroguresshibu Reggu): Entry Form's legs. They increase the player's leg strength to raise the game's survival rate. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Boots (エントリーブーツ, Entorī Būtsu): Entry Form's boots. They boast excellent jumping power and running performance on the game field. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.

Ninja Form (ニンジャフォーム, Ninja Fōmu) is Keilow's form accessed by using the Ninja Buckle on the right-hand slot of the Desire Driver.
Ninja Form adds on the following parts:
- Ninja Keilow Head (ニンジャケイロウヘッド, Ninja Keirou Heddo): The head. Each function is expanded by the Ninja Buckle.
- Magenta Keilow Eye (マゼンタケイロウアイ, Mazenta Keirou Ai): The compound eyes. It is possible to obtain the necessary information for ninjutsu from visual information, such as by tracing the shape and texture of the target.
- Ninja Crusher (ニンジャクラッシャー, Ninja Kurasshā): The mouth section. The voice chat function enables clear conversations even with loud noise, allowing communication between Kamen Riders during cooperative play, etc.
- Ninja Head Guard (ニンジャヘッドガード, Ninja Heddo Gādo): The enhanced equipment. The entire head is granted expanded functionality by the Ninja Buckle, making him a professional in ninjutsu.
- Ninjutsu Chester (ニンジュツチェスター, Ninjutsu Chesutā): The chest expansion equipment. By converting the special energy supplied by the Desire Driver into various materials, ninjutsu such as replication and transformation techniques are activated.
- Ninja Armor S (ニンジャアーマーS, Ninja Āmā Esu): The shoulder expansion equipment. Small and lightweight armor that does not hinder combat speed enables blending into the surrounding scenery by activating ninjutsu.
- Shuriken Arm (シュリケンアーム, Shuriken Āmu): The arm expansion equipment. It gives excellent agility and quietness. In addition, by skillfully manipulating the Ninja Dueler, it releases shapeshifting attacks that combine ninjutsu and slashing.

Armed Propeller (アームプロペラ, Āmudo Puropera) is Keilow's form accessed by using the Propeller Buckle on the right-hand slot of the Desire Driver.
Armed Propeller adds the following parts:
- Armed Keilow Head (アームドケイロウヘッド, Āmudo Keirou Heddo): The head. Vision is enhanced by the Armed equipment.
- Armed Bright Eye (アームドブライトアイ, Āmudo Buraito Ai): The compound eyes. In addition to the normal visual functions, they are optimized for the operation of the expansion armament that each Armed equipment carries.
- Shoulder Shell (ショルダーシェル, Shorudā Sheru): The right shoulder armor. The strong armor protects the Kamen Rider's right shoulder.
- Gray Overplate (グレーオーバープレート, Gurē Ōbāpurēto): The chest expansion equipment. It grants the player fighting techniques using the Raise Propeller.

Portrayals
Ittetsu Tanba is portrayed by Hideki Kurauchi (藏内 秀樹, Kurauchi Hideki). As Kamen Rider Keilow, his suit actor is Naoya Iguchi (井口 尚哉, Iguchi Naoya).
Etymology
- Keilow's name comes from Respect for the Aged Day (敬老の日, Keirō no Hi), which is associated with owls and also references Tanba's age. The second syllable of "Keilow" (ケイロウ, Keirou) is derived from "fukurou" (フクロウ, lit. "Owl") and is an anagram of "owl".
Notes
- Kamen Rider Keilow is alternatively spelt as "Kamen Rider Keiro" on TV-Asahi's site as well as movie goods.
- Keilow's helmet is repainted from Kamen Rider Ginpen.
- Ittetsu's actor Kurauchi holds the record for being the oldest on-screen Rider at the time of his debut, having beat the record previously held by Tsurutaro Kataoka who is only a year younger than Kurauchi.
- Of the main seven Riders to appear in the film, Keilow is the only one not to use a large or powerup Raise Buckle, instead using only an Armed Buckle.
