Isaac (アイザック, Aizakku) is an A.I. speech synthesizer created by Kenichi Tsuruhara from Kongo Laboratory, built into tablet to help humanity communicate with the Chemies.
Overview[]
As Kenichi feels self-abased in front of Sabimaru who successfully transmutate Kamedoon, he designs Isaac as an substitute of himself for Sabimaru.
Isaac is shown to be able to transmit the thoughts of its owner. For Sabimaru's case, in contrast to the shy and quiet Sabimaru, his own Isaac is quite sharp-tongued and speaks with a harsh tone of voice. Even when Sabimaru doesn't have his tablet with him, Isaac continues to transmit Sabimaru's thoughts, especially when the latter was possessed by Kamen Rider Dread.
Later revealed that the Isaac is actually developed by combining AI and alchemy, and its purpose was "to enable communication with Chemy." It is hoped that as research progresses, it will be a step closer to coexistence between humans and Chemies, as Kenichi designed it to be able to transmit and translate the Chemies' thoughts into language human can understand. The units of Isaac is up to number 13 have been made so far, Isaac Unit 13 is wield by Arumi. It is furthered revealed that Kenichi has modeled the AI after himself, so that the AI of Issac speaks in a harsh tone like its creator.
When Glion invades Kongo Laboratory, he steals one of the model to create Dreatrooper.
